Unbelievably good for the money Looks expensive great pictures and sound quality

VERY NICE TELEVISION.

Purchased the 50" 2019 U7B version of this TV and was pretty disappointed with it. Out of the box set up was easy, recognised Sky Q 4k 10bit no problem and Netflix, prime both 4k work great and I was really impressed with the sound. I thought I'd need a soundbar but the sound was way better than a expected. All sounds good so why the return? Two reasons 1) The pre set picture modes didn't look right, I went through many tutorials and xbox one set up but the I couldn't stop the colours looking either washed out or really dark. It probably would just take more work but after a weekend I couldn't get it right. 2) The picture/sound was constantly out of sync and was completely noticable. There is syncing options on Sky Q and the TV itself but neither solved the problem, Netflix and Prime worked fine in the apps but via HDMI everything was out So rounding up, it takes a lot of calibrating to get the picture looking right and audio syncing has real issues over HDMI so I returned and I've ordered a Samsung instead. It's a shame really as I really wanted to like this one
