Works almost as well as Canon's but has flare issues
AF, IS, lens fit, infinity focus, video AF, Sigma lens compatibility - work as nicely as the canon adapter. I really cannot tell the difference. The only issue i had was purple lens flare when using faster apertures with bright sources in corners of otherwise dark scenes. I found the root cause to be the reflective black plastic used to mold the interior of the adapter - especially the sensor facing surfaces. Canon's black plastic is highly non-reflective i.e. has a very matte finish. The fix was easy - i covered those shiny black surfaces with one layer of 3M Friction Tape 3407NA, being careful not to cover the contacts and mounts. Now i have even less flare than the canon version. Everything else works the same, unaffected by the tape.I also have the EF to EOS-R adapter from Viltrox which has a slightly more matte, non-reflective plastic for the interior and does not have as significant a flare issue.

Great but the hole isn't circular
So this adapter is amazing because it allows you to use the lenses that you probably already have in your kit. However if you are using the M50 I'm not sure about the other m series cameras, the M50 specifically has a crop because the mount hole is not circular. You can see it in all the photos but until you start shooting with it you'll not notice. That's my only issue otherwise it works great.

Don’t buy this mount adaptor
Not working properly. Af doesn’t work. Aperture control keep resetting at every shoot.

Wish it worked better
Does it physically adapt the lenses? Yes.Outside of that, it drops electrical connection frequently. It also seems to communicate the wrong lens information to the camera. When the adapter would lose connection, I would have to turn the camera off and then disconnect the adapter, reconnect, and turn the camera back on to regain connection. Very obnoxious. Also noticed some light leak at the long end of the 150-600 with this adapter.

It’s bad
EDIT: it can’t find focus on any photo at any aperture at any focal length with my 17-40mm F4. When manually focusing there is a noticeable amount of chromatic abortion in the edges.I have the EF TO FX2 0.71 version. With my canon L 17-40 f4, it can’t find focus at anything under F5.6. Not sure why. With the speed booster my aperture setting goes down to F2.8 but can’t find focus that open.Other than that, I have no complaints. Image is sharp, autofocus is decently fast. It was definitely cheaper than buying a new APS-c ultra wide lens.I have not tried it with video. This review is for photo use only.

An excellent value, but don't expect a premium product
I bought this for my Canon R6 since the Canon EF-EOS R Adapter has been out of stock nearly everywhere. This has worked just fine as a temporary solution, but I do plan to get the Canon one when they are available. The autofocus and IS works fine with my EF lenses. When installing a lens on the mount, the engagement isn't as smooth as you would expect, it's a bit of a tight fit. The lens release-button is kind of loose and rattles around, but it works. Overall, worth the $56 I paid to hold me over until I replace it.
