Repeated purchase. Tastes the best. Wish it was a little bit cheaper though…

Does contain MSG
MSG makes broth tasty but I try to avoid . I do like this the taste and ease of use , makes a nice cup of soup with miso .

Nice seaweed flavor.
This is a product thats mostly labeled in I think Korean but the basics info is on it in english. Not too hard to figure out how to use, add one packet to about 3 cups water, I love it for making my own ramen.

Like to use as a favor soup starter. Every about the ingredients is in another language. I watch salt intake, but does taste salty. But really don’t knoe

Great Umami addition
I use this "konbu" powder for cooking many Japanese dishes, but also I add it into my soup. It doesn't matter what ethnic soup I am cooking, this konbu dashi makes the soup flavorful. I am glad that I can buy this product online.

Contains Heavy Metals, Lead & Mostly MSG
This product contains Cadmium, Lead and inorganic Arsenic. Also, the first ingredient is MSG. The next is salt. Kelp is 4th and then sugar. Great stuffbfor vegetarians trying to safegaurd their health. This went straight into the trash.

Perfect for miso soup!
I use one packet in ~1.7 liters of water (~7 cups). Add a generous amount of miso paste and boom, perfect miso soup. If too strong, add a bit more water to the bowl after dished out.
