I love this probiotic because it’s so effective. I’ve tried others but always come back to this brand. It’s a great overall product and works great! As a woman I have to keep my gut balanced to avoid bacterial and yeast issues. This product has done so much for me.

This is in my opinion and my Nph the best probiotic. They are all pricey but this one is not destroyed in your stomach.

My wife has me order these for her. Even though they cost more than other brands, she thinks they work better for her daily "answering natures call" than the ones I use which cost less but work for me. So, I'm just reporting her comments and will keep ordering these to make her happy. They last longer if I don't add them to my daily regimen.

This is the only probiotic I'll ever use. It's a probiotic, a prebiotic and a postbiotic all wrapped up in one. It's a twelve strain program and each strain covers a different part of the body. It's fermented for 3 years, so that the strongest little critters survive. There's too much to tell about this probiotic and what it is and does, so go to dr.ohhira website and read. All I can tell you is I think it's the best on the market. I've been using it for years, as I have had candida and then a back surgery with antibiotics and steriods and lots of pain meds. To rebalance your microbiome they recommend taking 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening on an empty stomach for 6 days, which is one box, and then drop down to 2 a day.
