An excellent story that any small girl will adore.
My favorite Halloween story to read to toddlers, as well as for those learning to read. I have three granddaughters and two great nieces and they all love those witches. The story is better suited for girls. It is not scary. I helps kids extrapolate as to what happens next. The illustrations are beautiful. As a retired teacher, I highly recommend this children's Halloween book.

cute
Cute little story about finding your own strength but it bugs me just a little bit that the sisters were not supportive or trying to help her as she struggled. It is a missed lesson that could have been taught. Siblings should have each other's backs.

Great motivation for kindergartner to read.
My kindergartner loves this book. I read it to him a couple of times then he started reading the whole book aloud by himself. I felt this book gave him a great motivation to read. Simple and interesting story and colorful pictures! Most words are easy yet there are some new words to him. Highly recommend for young book lovers!
