Staying Connected: How to Continue Your Relationships with Those Who Have Died

I have been in a reading group that has used this text over and over again for the last 7 years. I have recommended it to dozens of individuals who have suffered the loss of a loved one- it is an inexhaustible resource.

This kindlebook that is Staying Connected How To Continue Your Relationships With Those Who Have Died by Rudolf Steiner and Christopher Bamford (author introduction) appeals to me because I have had some spiritual experiences involving seeing both of my late adoptive parents in sleeptime dreams at different times. There were times I have had positive experiences obtaining intuitive insights andor unexpected miracles around the timeframes I have unexpectedly seen my late adoptive parents (in my sleeptime dreams) and to this day I wonder if this is coincidence or maybe synchronicity. The good of this book: the author includes helpful details on some of the beliefs and mindsets that are helpful in achieving a stronger connection with the spirit realm, why a focus on the multiple spirit realms are helpful to living on earth, the author’s section on practice. The caveat is that a multiple number of the writings take a great deal of thought and time to digest and absorb the teachings and I at times wondered if some of what he wrote might have unintentionally been written/disseminated through his personal viewpoints, still I intend to keep an open mind to obtaining certain writings by this author in the future.

It connect a lot of t's and dotted i' s in my life experiences and questions.Great book to read and explore your soul in the spirit world

It's interesting and the author was obviously quite intuitive. However, it was written in a totally different era and I know through my own experiences that much of what he wrote is not correct. He also wrote it in such a stilted manner, that it's not an easy read nor is it enjoyable. I do like the meditations ,though.

What a book. Anyone who is serious about their life should read this book. A total masterpiece.

Rudolf Steiner can be a difficult author to follow unless you have PLENTY of time to re-read pages and keep an OPEN MIND. He is an excellent writer, and understood the spiritual realm of our universe with zeal in a time when being open-minded was almost unheard of. We have learned lots from his books. Steiner was a CHRISTIAN who wanted to bring us more in touch with the Spirit World.

This is such a lovely book. Christopher Bamford has organized Steiner's lectures and written elucidating introductions to each chapter. This is a very important book for those of us who have loved ones who have crossed the threshold ahead of us. It helps the reader understand how to stay connected and how to nourish those souls.

I think this is a great book. It's the beliefs of the philosopher Steiner, best known as the founder of Steiner Schools and his teachings on education. He is not easy to read, but well worth the effort and his insights and wisdom are fascinating.
