Amazing Product
After so much research regarding Hydraulic jack for my car Hyundai Accent, I place the order for this jack 5000kg. After the 1st use I feel good because it is easy to use as compared to traditional jacks. With in 5 min you can manage to change your puncher tyre with your Stephanie. Thanks to Amazon for providing such good product in short time

The piston is not coming down even after rotating the screw anti clockwise. Had to replace the item
After receiving the item I tried to test it at home without any load. The raising of the jack was quite smooth and did not face any issues. However, after I turned the screw anticlockwise for 1-2 turns, I expected the raised piston to come down automatically (that's how it is shown in all the videos). It did not come down at all and somehow was stuck. I even tried to push it down manually, but still did not come down. Tried it multiple times. Finally I have ordered replacement item to check if something was wrong with the item itself. I received the replacement item and it was working correctly. I tested without load, and the piston was coming down easily after a manual push down.

Poor quality
During assembly itself i had to scrap this part, totally poor design and waste of money.

5 ton does not fit for small car due to the height of the jack itself.
This jack(5 ton) does not work for small cars due to the height of the jack(you can't place it under the body of the car). You will have to go for 2 ton Jack. I own a ritz and when I had a puncture(by which the height of the car gets lowered) the jack could not go under the body of the car at all.

Easy to use. Seems it is very strong to bear 5 tons. Anyway, it works well with my tata Nexon

Does what it is meant for
4star because the paint quality is poor. Scuffs easily. It's not powder coating as I was expecting it to have. Easy to operate. Does not directly fit below lift points in Suzuki ciaz with 15 inch wheels (may fit in Ciaz with 16 inch wheels). Since I have jack stands, after lifting on a separate sturdy part, I immediately slide in jack stand and lower jack to remove stress on chassis. Came with extra rubber gasket kit. Minimum height of the product is 20 cm. There is no mention of manufacturing origin whatsoever. Strange !!!
