Hello. Does it work well with child between 40-45lbs. I know the spec is max 45lbs.

Well, in one of their product pictures it shows mom riding on the roller board while dad pushes... Any child should be fine

Does this flip up and out of the way if you're not using it, or do you have to take it off?

Yes you can flip up if you're not using it. You can also easily close stroller.

The glider board doesn't work well at all with thr Citi Mini GT. There is no where for the child using the board to fit their head through the handles since handles dont extend on this stroller version.

Does this work with the britax b ready stroller?

Does NOT work with Britax strollers! The bar between the wheels is too thick for this to latch onto.
