These are absolutely amazing and have helped me with digestive issues, the quality is top notch. I will continue to use these daily! If you have any problems with bowel movements on a daily basis this is your go to item! I struggled for years and years with being regular, but no longer!!! I take 4 a day. I seem to run high in estrogen for a man so this seems to help. The ingredients of cruciferous vegetables, I3C, and apigenin all help lower estrogen levels naturally. The ingredients also help the prostate as well. I also take chrysin on a daily basis to round out the protocol.
