MUCH higher quality then I ever expected!
I was truly surprised with the quality of this balisong trainer, especially for the price of it! This has ball bearings in plastic cages at the pivot points so it has little to no blade/handle play even moreso than many bushing systems in high end balisongs. It flips wonderfully and feels good in hand. It seems to even be made with good quality G10 scales which was suprising for me for the price of this. All of the hardware is perfectly fitted & works perfectly. The latch has a spring attached to keep it out of the way during flipping and there is a small spot that's milled out of the handle where the latch clicks into place for a secure hold. (See my pictures) The ONLY remotely negative things I can say regarding this is where the slots are milled into the G10 handles they could've been beveled or smoothed down a little more as this point feels a little sharper in the hand, as well as at the inner edges of the stainless liners. This is literally something that can be resolved with either a fine piece of sandpaper or even a file/nail file so definitely don't let this discourage you at all as you're not gonna find anything else close to this quality for the price even if u were to spend quite a bit more for one, honestly. Also, if you're new to balisong flipping just like all of them this will require a little locktite on the pivot screws as ALL butterfly knives will loosen at these points over time. One trick if u don't have any locktite is to use a little bit of Teflon tape/plumbers tape on the pivot bolts as this will also normally keep these from coming loose. But in all sincerety you cannot buy another balisong of this quality, whether a trainer or live blade, without spending a ton more money. This's my second one of these I've purchased as I wanted a second color and this one is slightly higher quality then my first one that I bought over a year ago, as my 1st one had some semi sharp edges on the blade. So quality has improved since then, but even the first one was well worth buying 100%! Just be aware that these are coming from China and due to importation process through U.S. customs since it's coming into the country from China that they take 2 1/2 to 4 weeks to arrive. But they are 100% worth it guys... 👌

Best balisong trainer on amazon.
I have a 70 dollar replica that feels like a 10 dollar balisong in comparison now. This thing is made as good as the 300 dollar balisongs. The only difference might be in the kind of metal use since those 300 dollar ones are usually titanium. It’s smooth, it’s sturdy, doesn’t get loose. I mean it’s the best balisong on amazon apart from the benchmade /Japanese balisongs.

Lives up to the hype
I was apprehensive at first since this wasn't included in Amazon Prime. Still, the shipping price was only $5, so I took a shot. This is the third balisong trainer I've bought from Amazon and it is by far the best. It's durable, the way it's designed makes is to the latch locks when I want it to and stays out of the way otherwise, and the rivets in the handle to keep the blade from over-rotating are a much better design than the studs that stick out of the blade of my other trainers. Great product. I want to get more in other colors.

Best balisong trainer you will find on amazon
Unless I see problems along the line of having this i will change the review but i just recieved it and out of the package it seems soo good compared to a cheap one i bought which wasn't even stable the 2nd day or so, this is a sturdy balisong and I recommend buy it if you are already looking at this product, its titanium liners make it even more sturdy and not to heavy, is really just great for flipping in general and doesn't hurt when it hits the back of your hand I would buy another one right off the bat but I purchased mine on January 21 and recieved it February 13 so down in Florida it takes a while but if you live near Chicago it will take less time because that's where it ships off to as the carrier facility. Other wise if not considering shipping time just buy it it's the best one you'll find on Amazon and it isnt even loose yet and the springlatch works like a beauty.

Much higher quality than expected, great first Bali trainer
I'm super impressed with how well this thing flips for how inexpensive it is. I have a few much nicer balisongs but wanted to pick up a cheap beater, and this is a bali design I've had my eye on. I can't believe how much fun this it is.You have to loctite the screws. Balisongs 101. Of course the screws are going to come out if you don't. Use blue loctite, wait the full 24 hrs before flipping again. Google it if you're unfamiliar. The tiny screws are cheap and I stripped a couple getting it apart and back together, but I'm not too concerned. I wasn't being super careful. And now that it is tuned it has 0 blade play and 0 tap, which is just beautiful. It also has a pleasant ring.Latch pin falls out easily but most flippers will probably want to remove the latch anyway (balis always flip better latchless). If you really like latches for some reason more power to you, just add a dab of red loctite around the latch pin and it should never fall out on you.Hard to imagine a better bali at this price. I haven't flipped anything under 100 this nice. Needs proper tuning like any balisong, don't be too put off by negative reviews about missing screws and latch pins, etc.I'd highly recommend as a cheap first trainer to see if you enjoy flipping, or as a junky beater you don't mind dropping on concrete but still flips nice.

With a little tinkering it’s perfect.
First off for the money this one is a keeper. I usually unload my cheaper things once I get more serious about them but this won’t be the case on this one. Screws will back out but once you get some thread lock on them you are good to go. My latch pin fell out. I’m a welder by trade so I took some stainless fill wire and tacked a piece on the latch. The g10 cutouts were sharp so I took a dreamel to them. Now it’s a perfect $25 dollar trainer.

Literally fell apart while practising on second day. So much for being a trainer.

Do it
Surprisingly good quality. Feels like it’s running a bearing or bushing system. Glad I chose to buy this
