Do you use it to heat food up or keep it warm all day?

Food from refrigerator cold takes about 30-45 mins. You can keep food warm all day but mine gets hot enough to almost burn the food on the bottom. Great product!!

This item takes a few minutes to heat up. It is not instant heat. Nomaly I give it at least 15 minutes depending upon what I am hearing up. Will take longer when used in a car. If this does not solve the problem then return as defective. Hope this helps.
