Residential Combustion Analyzer
Everything looks to be in good working order but it will be sometime before I can really test this combustion analyzer because Winter Season is over. But seems to be a good value. With a regular air sample it does read the correct O2 and CO reading that you would expect. Thanks Dr. Koz

Unacceptable support
This analyzer may actually work, but their much touted support was not evident to me. They do not answer the phone nor return calls. Email support said I should ask he heater manufacturer how the analyst worked. Of course, the heater manufacturer would say they have no clue how the analyzer works. Ask the analyzer company. So, this thing may work, but I would not recommend it. Certainly, a pro would find it insufficient , while a "residential" user as they call it would be confused and left in the dark. The "manual" looks like a comic book. Their YouTube videos are very strange. Save your $400.

Good
Works well, was able to tune my oil burner with this tool. Not sure about longevity, but seems to work ok for now

almost there with a few tweaks
price point is nice, and compared to another more expensive analyzer it is relatively accurate. I do find that its efficiency reading is not completely accurate as it doesn't include stack temp as a factor and the pumping portion does show a temp readout but it must be of the machine itself as it shows much lower temps than I know the stack to be. other than that, the o2 co coaf readings are very accurate

Forensics gets top marks for tech support and ease of use
Forensics was super helpful to answer technical questions and even got one of their engineers involved to assist me. My queries were always answered promptly and in a friendly manner. As for the analyzer I purchased I was pleased with the user friendly instructions complete with diagrams that made learning to use the machine an simple process.

Almost Perfect
I love the simplicity of this little device. Absolutely perfect application for the professional residential/commercial HVAC technician looking for a small, portable, simple combustion analyzer for the tool bag. I put the pieces in my tool bag where they fit the best and use on virtually every gas furnace/furnace section I come across. The only problem I have is the little pump doesn't last. I took the pump apart to see if I could fix it and the motor had shorted. I couldn't find a replacement pump so I bought one more full unit and the same problem happened. I believe this is because the trap/dryer is after the pump and before the sensors. Due to the pump design I couldn't recommend this to anybody who will use professionally unless you can find a more durable pump or a hand pump maybe? Shopping around I decided to upgrade to the professional version by forensic due to price vs features against competition and what looks like to be a quality build. Will leave a review there as well after the winter.

Works great for price ... Does not display CO2 directly

looks like a good product.
Probably a good product. Did not work for what I was doing. Not the fault of the manufacturer.
