The mixer came with a damaged base, The gearbox was hard to operate. The motor was working for 5 minutes and died. Amazon didn't come for scheduled pickup/ return, blaming the customer for not placing the package outside.

Seems to be a great product for the price. I only use it about once per month but it saves an enormous amount of time over my 8 qt KitchenAid (at about the same cost). I mix homemade human grade dog food and this lets me make one 50 meal batch of chicken and then one 50 meal batch of beef. That took 10 batches in the KitchenAid. I also make cinnamon rolls and can mix and knead the dough for about 80 rolls at a time (then freeze them) Super powerful and heavy duty and not too loud. Very happy with the purchase!

Great machine. When I purchased it I made 5000 biscotti in 2 days stating when machine was delivered. That was 3 yrs ago. She’s still going strong. These days it’s lots of creaming cakes, cookie batter and cinnamon roll dough.

I bought this mixer and originally gave an outstanding review. Then about a month after delivery I saw that there was silver paint added in very interesting places. The whip and paddle was about 1 1/2 inches from the bottom. This prevents proper mixing. I contacted the seller and they ignored me. After my 3rd request I was asked for a private email. I accepted then realized this is against Amazon policy for any contact to a 3rd party seller of Amazon. They sent me a word document of how to adjust the bowl. I was apprehensive as anything you touch will most likely void the warranty. Amazon then intervened and advised me not to correspond with the seller through anything but the authorized email set up from Amazon. Then the seller sent me a video showing how to adjust. I then asked for a replacement. 42 emails, 6 phone calls and finally an Amazon A to Z Claim was filed. The seller then demanded that I return the video. It was an attachment. When dealing with 3rd party sellers of Amazon they are under very strict contract with Amazon and you should NEVER deviate from this or you will lose your ability to file the necessary claims you need to protect yourself. This seller made adjustments to the mixer then concealed things by painting the adjustments. I have since used a HOBART commercial appliance authorized repairman who happens to be a very close friend. He has since fixed the issues but parts have cost me over $400. I guess this is the risk I took in making this type of a sale from an unauthorized commercial appliance seller. Take serious caution in this sale as you are taking serious risk with this seller and it will take you a long time to resolve. This mixer is not a good choice and take caution in buying a commercial mixer like this. Very very expensive to fix and you must use a commercial appliance repair person to make the necessary repairs.

Good product, but there is no instructions manual. UPS broke the wooden box, and transported it up-side-down.
