The fixture puts out a decent amount of light, and I particularly like that it is an excellent warm tone and doesn't look too white or harsh. It sends an equal amount of light up and down from the fixture. So keep this in mind when planning where to place it. Mounted above a headboard instead of to the side it would probably be too much light.I was able to install it fairly quickly into the old fixtures space using a slight variation on the hardware. I did have a bit of trouble getting the ground wire to stay around the screw till I stripped off a bit more plastic. I would say to be careful in that the bracket might need you to put a little force and bend it to narrow the width before mounting the fixture.Initially, I placed it into the housing, and it pressed against the edge, causing it to chip. The material is a chalky type substance, so it seems a bit fragile to that kind of pressure. So make sure to bend it a bit if needed, so it fits easily inside the housing and aligns with the mount holes. Also, don't lose the washers as they make sure that the screw doesn't pressure the fixture and damage it (remember it chips easily if you are too rough).

We bought two of these sconces to replace some old, outdated wall sconces in a bedroom. These sconces nicely flank each side of a bypass closet. We mounted them horizontally in the existing wall boxes. All required hardware was included and overall the installation was straightforward.The result is a pleasing upward/downward cast light that is not overpowering. The warm color temperature matches the light from a ceiling fan. The room is gently lit up providing enough light and quite suitable for bedroom use.The construction is solid and the included LED bulb is replaceable in the event you wish to change color temperature or brightness in the future. Overall, we are very pleased with the result and would purchase again.

My husband and I bought this light for our nursery. It was exactly what we were looking for. It has a sleek, modern look and is bright enough to light the room. It’s heavier than I would have thought but that isn’t a bad thing. As soon as we turned it on, my husband said to order another for our master bedroom - it really is perfect!

These look great but they get hot. Also the plaster is so lovely to look at but super soft so it scratches easily.

Both the light fixture and the light it casts is beautiful. I have two installed in a reading area and they look great and produce enough indirect light to read by. Amazing price for such a nice fixture.I cannot report on how easy it was to install. I had an electrician install it. He did not report any difficulties.

It's a very nice looking fixture. Install was not very difficult, but it would be very easy to damage or marr the plaster. The entire fixture is made from plaster.I ordered two lights and in the first month one of the LED bulbs has already failed.

WE chose this for the design. It worked out well in the hall. It installed as most other light fixtures. The plaster construction is unique and attractive. The LED bulb provides plenty of light.

This really is not worth the money. It is nice and bright but it arrived chipped and when installing it actually CRACKED in half...I super glued and because of the material and placement you don't notice too bad. I would have returned it if it wasn't already installed.
