Very Happy with this Mini Split
Very Happy with this unit. Everything seems quality. Well finished and put together. Works very nicely. Provided good heat at 0 degrees out last night. Very quiet, good features. Easy to install.

Cools our 1500 sq ft shop nicely !!
We used this unit for our insulated 1500 sq ft shop. The unit performs very well, on the hottest days this summer (upper 90's real temp and 100's with humidity) this unit kept us at a nice 79 degrees in the shop with no humidity. Was worth every penny, installation isn't bad. FYI: This unit does not like Ground Fault Breakers, you will need a standard breaker.

Great Units....Manuals are TERRIBLE!!!
I'm a licensed electrician, and I installed the unit and had an HVAC mechanic do the start up. Everything went extremely well, and the unit runs beautifully! My beef is with the manuals. There is FAR too much "Your unit may or may not have this" or "Your unit may or may not do this" How is one supposed to know if everything is working right, when there's no way to know what features you have???

Quiet and cold!
Bought four units. Installed myself. They are quiet and put out cold instantly. I did not buy them all at once so some were shipped by Amazon, some by truck.Like: everything. Keeps my bedroom crisp. The quality is good.Disliked: I'm no electrician but I can manage. It would be helpful if the wiring diagrams were clearer, example: diagram speaks of brown, blue etc. wires, but you are dealing with red/black etc. Guess not a problem for true electrician, but it took me a while. Luckily if you miswire, unit will not blow up but throw you a code. Otherwise I'd be in trouble...Also, which is kinda crappy, if not installed by licensed electrician, warranty is not honored. But I took my chances since having someone put it up would double the price.I've put up DIY Mr. Cool unit before and I cannot tell the difference in installation. Unit comes precharged. If you're getting same unit I attached pics. Also, usb dongle for wifi controlling is a nice touch. I've been using my first for about a year now with absolutely no problems.Price wise, I bought 6000 btu 21.5 SEER unit for about $700. For that price now, you can get 9000 btu unit with SEER of 24.Now in the market for a 24000btu unit...Hint to the manufacturer: it would be much nicer if the remote keys were backlit as using it at night requires the use of some outside light source. Cheap fix...

Warranty is Useless
Easy to install, I have 3 of these type units. A few weeks after install it started throwing error codes. After a year of trying to go through the warranty process and $1000 in labor from local HVAC warranty company we have been informed the warranty doesn't really cover the unit and we're on our own. Will never purchase from them again.

Very efficient
My husband put this in an area of his shop. On 90 to 100° days it cools great! He has been a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor, his whole life, and loves the mini split! You can control it with an app on your phone that is easy to set up as well as the easy to use remote. He is already wanting to get another one for a different part of his shop.

General review
I purchased this with skepticism not ever hearing of this brand but I am very surprised with how well it has been working. When I finished installing the unit I thought it wasn't working but then I felt the cold air and realized they are whisper quiet. The same goes for the outside unit. You can only hear it run if your standing within 5 or 6 feet from the unit. Very hard to believe but it seems to be well designed. As far as efficiency the return line going back to the unit is still cold so it tells me that it isnt the most efficient or the interior coil is too small for the outside unit for the 3 ton unit. I did the install myself and they are very simple for someone with basic household skills. Just make sure you evac the line set before you release the freon into the system and make sure your pressure is correct. It will improve the life of your unit. Total time for the installation through a concrete wall was around 10 hours start to finish. The one downfall I do notice is the fan on the inside unit stays running maybe there is something I'm doing wrong but it would be nice to turn the fan off when the unit isnt cooling. All and all I'm happy with the purchase and I would recommend this brand after 2 months of use.

Money well spent
I installed this in a 2,000 square foot metal shop building with 14 foot side walls and a 40 foot wide front door. The unit is a bit undersized for the application but has been performing well. When the outside temp was 100 plus I set the thermostat to 82 and it kept the building cool enough to work in. Now with outside temps averaging about 40 it is keeping the temp near 50 without stressing it too hard. Needless to say with a shop building, it isn’t sealed very well. I just put seals around the garage door last week. There aren’t any seals around the big door. It’s hard to gauge how much my power bill went up because I spend a lot more time in the shop now that it is reasonably comfortable to work in but it was only about half of what I was expecting. Quite a bit cheaper than the house but then I keep the house at 71 degrees.
