Keto is my first love and this is second.. My diet is piece of cake with this keto Atta.. I loved the taste and love to have it whole life.. One thing i wanna change is the price : its costly and need to be cheap or company can provide offers and discounts

Takes time to adjust, but you won't regret.
On keto since last 2 months. My nutritionist recommended this atta. Frankly , at 1st didn't want to order it as have always been having normal atta. N I m a foodie. It takes few days to adjust to it. But it's a great atta. It even has pysillum husk for better digestion, as when on keto, one can get constipated as one eat much fibers. And xanthan gum. So the atta binds together we'll. A suggestion. Watch there YouTube videos on there page, on how to use it, if you are a beginner. :)

Worse Keto product To buy, sour taste No refund
Worse keto product to buy... and the worst fact is you can’t return it. Atta taste is sour. I purchased it before, it was ok-ok but this time, I am provided with worst quality atta. Regret buying! Lo Foods is much better.

Best that one can have in keto diet
We the north Indian needs roti in at least one meal so in my view the Neto atta is the best that one can buy....Actually if u have non stick tawa you can make chilla as well with a small amount of atta. I use to make chilla so that more Atta doesn't get wasted. You can go for it and satisfy hunger with two Roti's at a time..GO for it it taste better. Bit costly
