Do your tranny a favor! It will treat you better....Get this part and others from Amazon to build the best transmission ever!
This is an update OEM part to be used with the 2436092 Torrington bearing with lip and the rear 5 pinion carrier 24241244 as a drop into your existing ring gear to increase your first / rev torque by 30% into the 700r4, 4L60, 4L60e and many 4L65e transmissions. This will increase the life of your trans to handle an increase for street horse power, racing, towing or pushing snow. These harsh conditions will break your weaker 4 pinion carriers' along with 24241248 5 pinion front carrier included with other quality hard parts, wider band, alto friction, billet apply pistons, line pressure valves, accumulator updates, etc. You folks that go thru these, do your research, make a list and find the parts you need to fix case wear as needed, certain billet parts are harder than OEM parts larger surface area for better holding, better that reduce operation temperatures, less wear and better shift feel. Note: Pay close attention to shack up height as parts will change the thickness on shims/washers/bearings to match end play.
