Get the right size.
The mediums fit horribly, but the smalls are pretty nice. I didn't think I had small-sized ear canals, but the sizing here makes all the difference. The seller reached out to me about correcting this, which is very awesome and commendable.

If you have tinnitus this works. If you don't then you'll never really understand.
I've used similar ear buds such as "Slugs" ear buds. I lost my most recent pair (having used them for several months b4 lost). So I took the "box of chocolates" risk & bought these. Simple packaging, very soft feel & fit. I build houses for a living with plenty of high pitched & damaging sounds. So at 50 years old and having tinnitus, with very high pitched piercing ringing cricket chirpy... you get the picture. I tried them out right away.So I got in my truck, cranked up some Van Halen 'panama' and it was amaze balls! The high pitched sounds were dampened, not muffled or distorted. Leavening the mids and bass at its normalish levels. Did the with and without test of course. I have hearing problems as it is so this is way better than any alternatives.

Probably best for smaller ears
A poor fit for me and difficult to remove. Just not 4 me. I went back to plugs on a string. Probably someone with small ears would work better.

Highly recommend it
I love this cute ear plugs. I've recently moved into a new place, and my bedroom window is facing the noisy highway which definitely wake you up early in the morning.Since I've got the "Inbound vibes" plugs it really made a difference and finally I wake up rested.They are easy to use, just add a twist while inserting them. Also, they are easy to maintain. The little container that comes with them help me take the earplugs everywhere, and you don't have to worry about running out of ear plugs ever.
