Wildly different product qualities

I bought a smaller pair and had to return them because they were too small. But the issue lies with the second pair I bought. The first one was pristine condition that had never even been tried on before. The second, larger pair were obviously used in some capacity. The tongues of the skates were deformed from the laces being tightened and one of them had a scuff stain on the side. Honestly, the larger pair even felt tighter in some places, as if they had been molded to someone else's foot. One thing that is easily missed is that the blades are only temporarily attached so you will have to get a skate shop to permanently attach the blades after you make sure the position is where you want them to be.

Got defective skates that put my child's safety at risk. Seller does everything in their power to prevent you from returning the product.
