This bag comes EMPTY. Easy to fill. Would recommend small pebbles from your local garden centre to fill.. NOT SAND. Once u open the main bag there are 3 small bags within which you fill with material if your choice. I personally bought 2 x18kg bags of small pebbles. They filled up the 3 internal bags easily. There was still room once these bags were filled surrounding the bag so I filled the sides with pebbles too. As a result the bag was 35+kg. Overall has held up well. No tears etc.

Make sure you read it carefully because it comes without the filling. It's just a bag that you have to fill with sand. It arrived quicker than it supposed to but I am unhappy with the fact that it wasn't stated clearly about the filling.

This appeared to be a sturdy, well constructed piece of kit. Works members hard in the gym, although there has been a problem with some leakage.
