I've had one of the early metal insulated cups for awhile, and I love it (another brand) but wanted to order this size because it's more like a normal drinking glass size. This arrived yesterday, and I washed it and filled it with ice and water. The ice lasted from late afternoon until this morning and there is still ice in it! That was the important factor for me, so it passes the test!I ordered the light pink color, and my husband checked it out and said he wants one but in a different color. I'm ordering one for him right now. I may order another to take to work. I'm not easily impressed but for me this is a great product.

Kept my ice for 7 hours while i continued to add beverage to my cup. Didn't think I'd love the metal straws but I do, nice and narrow. The sip cover doesn't lock in the open position, small gripe for as long as it stays hot and hcold.

I like the tumbler, I really do. However there is a flaw in the design that drives me batty. The lip of the lid that allows you to pull lid off, keeps you from opening the mouth flap ALL of the way open. It instead rests on the little tab. So if you want to drink your coffee (without the straw) then your nose is always getting liquid from the tab on it. I do not have a big nose, and I have never had this happen with any other tumbler. I do not like drinking hot liquids with the straw so. This is why I only gave this tumbler three stars. Otherwise, if the tab snapped on to the lid, it would be hands down my favorite tumbler in the house. Alas, the search continues.

This cup is beautiful the color was just like the one in the picture my sister loved it!!!!!The straws with cleaner was an added bonus. Thank you for the prompt shipping got here just in time for her birthday.

It is a cute cup, good size for coffee which is what I purchased it for. (For reference it's the same size as a medium from dunkin and starbucks.) I personally prefer the screw on lids to the ones that just stay in place like this, but the straws that came with it sold me. I get nervous about dropping it because the lid will come right off, but I couldn't find an affordable one that looked like this with a screw on lid AND more than one metal straw with a cleaner. It is the same powder coating material as a hydroflask and keeps drinks just as cold. The only other thing is there is a logo on it, which isn't a big deal but wasn't pictured anywhere so I wasn't expecting it. There were also multiple people in the questions that said there is no logo on theirs so not sure if that is a new thing, or maybe they come from different places.

I have to say I really like the concept for this travel mug. I didn't know about using a straw for hot drinks but I actually prefer it now - you don't tend to burn your tongue or lips on liquid that is hotter than you thought. You can control it better. The mug keeps things hot for a fair amount of time - 3-4 hours probably, and cold for a very long time. If I put a slushy type drink in it in the morning it still has slush that evening, and if you put it in the refrigerator after work it will be frozen in the morning. The main issue I have is with the lid. It works great - until it breaks. I have now had two mugs with pressure-fitted lids and neither lived for long. This mug I bought in February, and it is now July - and it has broken. 5 months just isn't what I would call good service. The rim where the gasket is has broken off on both. Due to that happening on the first one I have been VERY careful with this one, but it still broke very quickly. I would love to find a replacement lid for a cost (including shipping) that is worth getting it (not the price of a new mug). However, I am going to look for a mug with a screw-on lid with the hope that it will not break.

It’s a great cup. But it does leak if it’s more than half full of water when I walk (I put it in the side of my bag). I love the idea that you can use it for hot liquids and cold. Since I tend t go back and forth through the day. I didn’t like the metal straw, it tasted Like metal to me. So I use a plastic straw. One thing I do not like is when you drink from the hot side, the lid doesn’t lock back. So it hits me in the nose as I try to drink my coffee. And the opening doesn’t allow much through at once. Just a trickle through the hole
