I love these folders!
Weight is perfect! They keep my work receipts protected and organized. The colors help to identify categories too. Plus the hold up. I had my last one for 8 years and the only reason I got more is because I left it behind on a trip!

Great Product-workhorse!
This product works very well for storing/accessing 81/2 by 11 documents. It's easy to get pages in and out. These envelopes are sturdy, clear, real workhorses for protecting, ferrying paperwork.

New notary must have
As a new notary, I'm figuring out what I need to make my job easier.Carrying two bundles of paperwork, it is not only cumbersome but can easily become a mess. These are very helpful in keeping the bundles organized and clean. The do work better for smaller bundles, round about 50 pages, give or take. The larger bundles, 150 plus bundles are hard to fit.Wish they were a tad bit bigger to more easily fit the larger bundles in, especially with mixed papers, letter and legal size.Overall, happy with the purchase.

Good product
Sturdy zipper, I like that the bottom widens to hold more of whatever you put into it. Documents, reciepts, etc. The colors are nice if you are like me and like to color-code stuff.

Stan the Man Reviews: Jam Paper plastic envelopes
These are not exactly what I expected though they are of decent quality so I will not knock them down in rating them. They will serve my purposes but I was hoping for pouches with real zippers. These are of a milky transparent, somewhat stiff plastic with a slide "zip" closure like a food storage bag. This, in a purely technical sense, is not an authentic zipper despite food bags coming in boxes labele ziplock. My main reason for knocking them down a star is the price which, for Amazon, is not all that great at two dollars ten cents a bag. Even at a pricey retail store, a pack of ten looks like an item that would cost you about eight bucks on sale and twelve bucks tops. They are in no way worth two dollars and ten cents as far as I can see so you might look at the other offerings in more detail.Would I buy them again? Only if I had an overpowering need and no alternatives. The only open question is how durable they will prove. My guess is about moderately durable. One last minor note: the company that sells them is apparently called Jam Paper and the listing as Jam Paper Plastic was a bit weird since I wondered for a second what the things were actually made of since a lot of envelopes and file folders are actually paper products, i.e. cardboard. One should not abuse the English languare I suppose.

Does It’s Job
Bought this for an international business trip to store all my receipts that I would be expensing. I like that the envelops are plastic so they protect from water (not sure if they’re waterproof since I didn’t fully submerge any), but for day to day it’s perfect. The multi color is also super useful if you have to use one for work receipts and another for items you may end up needing to declare.

Great to use as Job Packet for our home service company
We love these packets for use as a job packet to send out with our technicians. They hold all the paperwork we need to send out to jobs at customers' homes, as well as protect any checks or cash the technicians collect from the customer while en route to turn them back into the office after job completion. Eventually, the zippers wear out or the packet comes apart at a seam, but last pretty well for the amount of use they get, and for being handled by service techs. We will continue to order these as the old ones wear out.

good enough
Zip breaks easilt, but if they're at a cheap price, I don't care much. I use to keep my different classes' papers separate.
