Great tagging tool!
I bought this for tagging garage sale items. It works great, durable but jams every once in a while.. nothing too bad. I’m able to just pull out the jam and keep tagging! It has made tagging a breeze!

Inexpensive, came quickly, and easy to use
I sell T-shirts locally and on Etsy but had not been able to really put tags on them and it did not occur to me that I could buy my own tagging gun and thought something like that was really expensive and that only actual stores could buy. I found out about this from a business group I am in and my jaws dropped at how inexpensive it is! This one is just a bit bigger than my glue gun and I don't even have to plug it in or buy any batteries for it. I am very happy about that! I tested it on one of my old T-shirts and it worked like a charm. I would suggest, however, adding further instructions on putting the actual tag on for simpletons like myself! I found a you tube video that showed just piercing your actual tag onto the "barrel" of the gun then piercing your item the tag is going on and "fire" away and it worked like a charm. Now I can make my own tags with my Silhouette Curio and place them on shirts and Tutus I make for a more handmade, yet professional feel for my customers to experience when they receive my their items! Thank-you

Worked Great - Saved Me Lots of Time and Hassle - Highly Recommend
I ordered this tagging gun after having purchased a similar cheaply made one from ebay. That one broke within the first 5 minutes of use. But then again it only cost me .99¢, so it's what I should have expected. Because I still needed to get price tags on the consignment sale items I was in the process of tagging I decided to spend the $10 to order this one in hopes that it would work better than the .99¢ model I had previously ordered from ebay that took 3 weeks to get here from China. Needless to say I was not disappointed with my purchase of this Tagging Gun and was able to tag all 360 garments of my clothing tagged in no time. Not only did it work better it came with plenty of tags and extra needles. It arrived very quickly since I purchased it with free 2 day shipping using my Prime. I tagged all of my items for the consignment sale using the same needle that came installed in the protective cap. I still haven't had to replace it and look forward to using it in the next consignment sale in the spring. The tags are easy to load and the needle is sharp enough to go through even the thickest of clothes. I even used it to tag some leather shoes and it went right through the leather straps with no problem.Overall, I highly recommend it for tagging consignment sale, garage sale items. It was a major time saver in my efforts to get my tagging done.I paid full price for this item and this review is based on my use of the item.

Works well!
Great tool for pricing soft type sale items. Works like it should 99% of the time. Only jammed twice; operator error, not the gun. I would recommend.

Perfect! Just what I needed.
I wanted to price my garage sale items in a better way than the dreaded stickers that always fall off! I read SOOOOO MANY REVIEWS on price guns, but this one had a 5 star with a video that persuaded me to order this one!I was hesitant because the review was years old, and the bad reviews were newer.Setup was easy per the instructions.Use was a little rough the first 4-5 tags, but once I got the hang of it, it was great! If you don’t have patience, do not order this… lolIf you put the price tag on the needle, poke the needle through the tag on the clothing item (or thick seam when tag is unavailable), and click the handle **WHILE KEEPING THE TAG PRESSED AGAINST THE GUN,** it works perfectly! (I figured this out after about 4-5 tries. I only wasted one price tag, because it said to test the gun before use.)A few times the gun didn’t release a tag, but did reload, so I had to pull the trigger a second time, but it wasn’t an issue once I realized what was going on.I would recommend this tag gun!

I made a quick video demonstrating how to set up the gun and how to use it.
The media could not be loaded. I made a little video showing how to set up and use the tagging gun. It was much easier than I anticipated. It's as simple as:1. Turning the dial on the side to the 3 o'clock position.2. Inserting the needle with the hollow side lined up with the opening on the gun (opposite side of the dial)3. Turning the dial back to the 9 o'clock postion.4. Inserting the plastic pieces with the lower case "T" side into the gun, pushing them in until they can't go anymore.5. Put the paper tag on the needle or holding the paper tag with the hole lined up with where you want the barb/plastic piece to go in.6. Pierce through the paper tag and the tag on the clothes until it comes out on the other size or where you want the back end of the barb to be (sometimes you can get it between layers if you want, but it's a little tricky). If there is no tag I try to line it up with a stitched seam so the hole blends in better.7. Pull the trigger and then pull the gun away. The tag should be placed and ready.8. Sometimes when I'm starting a new strand I have to pull the trigger twice to like prime the gun, but I think that's only if I don't get the strand pushed down in the gun enough. I find it easier to write on the tag before placing it so I'm not writing over clothes.I bought this because I was tagging about clothing 300-500 items for a garage sale. I have tried a few methods to sell clothes in the past. I've used stickers, but they fall off. I've done boxes with each box having certain priced items ($1 items in one box, $3 in a another), but people don't want to dig through boxes. I've done it where I don't price anything and have people ask for prices, but some people are too shy to ask or don't want to take the time. Having prices on each item this year was awesome. I had price ranges from free to $20 Lululemon outfits. It made a huge difference having this. I made a cardboard sign that said "clothing prices on tag" and on the reverse side it said "clothing half off" for later in the day. I had so many shoppers compliment my organization and say my garage sale was their favorite. I look forward to using this gun for a semi annual consignment sale I participate in. Prior to this I was safety pinning tags on clothes, that is a huge pain. I highly recommend this gun. You can see in my picture I had a ton of clothes, but in reality that was only about half of what I did! I still had baby, kids and men's items that aren't pictured. This worked like a champ for all of it.
