Yes!
Seems expensive for something you throw away after a short period of time, but these are an ABSOLUTE MUST after having a baby! You’ll be so glad.

10 stars
After giving birth I had quite a few stitches. I used so many of these. I recommend using an adult diaper and just putting the pad inside. They are heavier than a regular pad so the diaper really helps it keep it in place. The cold felt amazing and really helped with the swelling. It’s extra thick too, whenever I had it on it was a lot easier to sit down, it gave me extra cushion in that sensitive area.Everytime the pad wouldn’t be cold anymore I would just take it out and put another one in. The cold lasts about 45 min. There is no better feeling.Amazing product.

MUST MUST HAVE... take them to the hospital, too!!
A dream. A miracle. A life-saver. If you are having a baby, there are few things I recommend more. The initial cold is 'holy cow' strong, but it really does wonders after vaginal delivery. I used them for 2 weeks and used several a day for the first 5ish days. The hospital's idea of ice packs were ice put in gloves and were literally larger than baseballs. That is not an area I wanted to put a hard baseball shaped anything. These activate easily, get cold in a second and are shape perfectly to your body for relief.

BUY THEM
I got a couple of these from our hospital after delivery and cannot rave about them enough. I honestly didn’t know they were a thing pre-delivery and after getting a few stitches down there and using them at the hospital I ordered two boxes of them for the rest of my postpartum healing journey while still at the hospital (lol). These worked so much better than the cooling sprays/round pads for me.Only complaint is that a couple of them had “popped” on the journey to me and were unusable.

Nice Short Term Relief Option
These ice packs are super helpful after giving birth. I had multiple 3rd degree tears and have been in a lot of pain, these ice packs give me a little bit of time where there is some relief with the added benefit of the cold helping with the swelling. They are much easier to pop than the ones the hospital had provided me, though they don't seem to get quite as cold. They are large and bulky, which makes them very awkward to wear because its hard to walk and sit in them, but they do absorb a decent amount of fluid and keeps it pretty contained. The downside is that they don't stay cold very long and after the cold has worn off, you are left with a large warm bag of water in your pants...which is strange and uncomfortable. When you get them it seems like a lot, but I went through my entire box in about three days because I put on a new one every couple hours, day and night. They are also very convinent because you just pop the balloon inside and shake and the reaction inside makes it cold, meaning you can keep them in the bathroom and don't have to run to the freezer to retrieve them. I would recommend this product to anyone who is concerned with the pain they will be dealing with after birth and will definently order them again if I ever have another baby. I might just order two boxes this time instead of the one so they will last a little longer.

Long lasting relief, worth the money
I don’t know that I’ve ever written a review for something I’ve bought on Amazon, but I’m post partum and inspired. These ice packs are the way to go, they last 3-4x the length that any of the other ones I’ve tried have. You can definitely tell that they are medical grade. At first I hesitated because they were more expensive, but they are absolutely worth it. I have multiple tears, and am so grateful for the relief.

Good to use postpartum
Even though I returned this item, I would buy again. The only reason I returned was because I didn’t know it was going to be so many in the box and I didn’t need that many. I needed these for postpartum due to me ripping while giving birth and they are very helpful and wished I bought sooner! I will reorder right before giving birth again.

I wouldn’t have made it through recovery without these!
