NOT ROUND
I ordered these to replace the wheels on one side of the Z axis of my 3D printer.These seemed a good price and quick delivery, but once they arrived I found out why.Once fitted the reason why they were cheap was evident, they are cheap!They run along going loose and then tight as the wheels rotated and when tight causes the stepper motor to miss steps, when loose there is excess movement.When using the running gear from the other side of the 3D printers Z axis it runs smooth along the same extrusion so obviously the fault lies with the wheels.Need now to buy some more that are round!

NOT Delrin/POM apparently
" Material: Plastic" - and this shows. I made a mistake when I bought these. I thought I was buying legit Delrin, not generic black plastic.I attached mine with too much pressure at first. They literally cracked because of it. Not a groove worn into them. Not a mark. Not a scratch. Literal cracks. I would definitely not suggest these for 3D printers. You can get legit Delrin wheels which will be much better. Sure, they're a bit more expensive but worth it for sure.You CAN use these, but seeing as several of them started cracking within a day or two of use, I would not imagine they last long. The bearings are good and shimmed though, so I am going to save them for use in other projects that don't require precise tension. But for a 3D printer or CNC machine I would NOT suggest getting these.

Possibley not the best wheels or most expensive on the market but they worked well for me!
I purchased these for my laser engraver, used daily in my leather business and I was starting to notice issues with fine engraving on wood and glass. I checked my wheels and while not seriously worn, it was justified replacing them. After replacement I was able to increase my fine engraving speeds from 1000 mm/m to 5000 mm/m, exactly as new.Most items that use Vslot wheels and 2020 rails don't mention that these are consumables and need to be replaced when worn. The difference can be remarkable.
