Bag dummy face
This is excellent for my martial arts i actually have 2 one on my heavy bag one on my practice dummy better than an actual person i can hit it hard as i like do elbow strikes and do finger jabs to the eyes without a training partner complaining lol..

Good target practice.
This is a must for any punch bag. Admittedly it could do with a bit more hook and loop (velcro) material and have some better grip as it can move around when hit. I don't regret the purchase as it's brilliant for target practice. I was using a ceiling to floor ball that I tied to my punch bag, but this is a lot better.

Soft version; does the job
Got this for my Versys VS.1. Having a clear, defined target is a joy, especially in the partner-less times of COVID-19, and especially when one integrates specific attacks to the eyes with standard punches.I'm pleased to report that the straps go round nicely, and the target is secure: my main concern was that it would slide down the smooth bag with use. It doesn't move during the light work that I typically do with the VS.1, despite the inside straps not having any rubberisation (if you have a Slingshot band for squats, you'll know what I mean).Combined with the handles on the VS.1, it's possible to practice combative drills involving seizing the handle as a proxy for the target's hair, pulling it into the shot. You could probably do the same thing with a spare TMA canvas belt on a regular heavy bag. The 'ears' can't be grabbed, but one can catch the the top corners and a bit of the strap as a close-enough substitute.Be aware that the Chinese factory that makes these faces produces two versions: one very firm and one much softer. I know because I have the firmer version mounted to a hand mitt. This target is the softer version, which is easier on the hands and the forehead if you train headbutts (having a face-shaped target is crucial for this), but the eyes will not withstand gouging and stabbing with any kind of unpadded implement. I know that because I've managed to kill a similarly-built Allstrike Version 1 target that way.So, a good product, but a star deducted for being slightly on the expensive side for what it is; if it were £30-35 including delivery, it would be five stars.

Good, but moves around when striking
Great quality, very durable so far, only down side is it moves around when punching

Actually quite good
This surpassed my expectations. Strapping it to the bag adds an extra dimension of accuracy to Head Shots.Yes, it does move a little. Which adds the need for even more accuracy.Had it 6 months, as yet no sign of wear n tear.

Grate for at home training
Since I’ve got this I’ve used it a lot and improved in sparing

Bob Dummy face
The head strap was too big for one of my dummies but fitted a second one. The velcro strap could have done with extending the full length of the strap but managed to contact enough to secure it. The mask itself was a good size and takes impact well.
