Nice product....good sound quality... satisfying product for this price.... Delivery Package was not good.....Not have much safety for protectong from damage during tranport....I purchased philips home theatre system.,it was fully covered with safety materials for avoding damages... I KALL have to more careful about this.... I returned first delivered product due to damage.....

Returned piece delivered without inspection
Out of 5, 2 speakers r not working. Main unit wire cut from one place. Remote cover broken. Someone's returned piece delivered without checking. Original box not recd. Sopiling India's name (make in India) & my business image as I am business customer.

Repair of ur product
Your product is malfunctioning. It is giving only loud noises and is not playing the music or auxiliary input. Please rectify
