Amazing, but expensive. But the best priced after doing cost research. Bought 4. Gave as gifts. They loved them. Will buy again.

These little pearls are a great addition to a salad. Avocado toast etc. flavor is not as intense as another brand that cost more but these are good enough for the cost

Bought these for my foodie husband for Christmas and they disappeared VERY quickly! He really enjoyed them with smoked salmon and cream cheese on an English muffin.

I first experienced these little pops of balsamic vinegar while eating at one of the nicer Italian restaurants in my area. They had such a vibrantly, sweet and tangy balsamic flavor that I went looking for some to add to my own dishes. I found these and decided to give them a try, as they seemed like the exact same thing if not the same maker. However, these were not nearly as flavorful as the ones I had at the restaurant. It feels like they used a cheaper balsamic vinegar or perhaps one that hasn’t been aged as long, or both. Since they were underwhelming as compared with my first experience, and given the price, I probably wouldn’t purchase these again.

Love the pearls of vinegar. I used them sprinkled on a tomatoe bruschette. I know how to make these with agar but to get them already made and very good is great. I also like them sprinkled oh fresh slices of avacado.
