Can this board be cut with a guillotine

I have a Tim Holtz guillotine. It will cut, but struggles; you need to put a lot of pressure on the blade, and it can slip if you don't hold it tightly in place. Frankly, I get a much better cut using a craft knife and metal ruler. If you use this method, take several swipes using firm, not heavy pressure. Cuts perfectly.
