Large Wall Damask Stencil Faux Mural Design #1056 13" x 16"

This is a small stencil and rather thin however it definitely got the job done and looks lovely on the wall. Make sure you know where to line up the stencil to avoid mistakes avid continue the pattern. If you start the pattern left to right then you need to do so then entire time. Our if you go up Ave down you must continue to do so if you don't there will be inconsistencies in the pattern. This wall was 10x13 and it took about 6 hours to complete. Use painters tape to keep stencil in place and don't wash stencil unless paint is sweeping thru as it could year the stencil.

Stencil looks beautiful...I’m hoping I can flatten it out enough to use it. The product was shipped tightly rolled in soft packaging and was crushed.

Came out beautifully! But definitely not without obstacles..1. Yes it came rolled up.. I layed books on it for about 2 or 3 days to really flatten it out2. This pattern takes a looooong time, I had 2 stencils n it still took 8 hrs to do 1 wall?!3. With the pattern being so intricate is was a little easier to hide the mistakesOverall I love how it came out.. Just know it will take time

I enjoyed this stencil. To me it is very durable and repeats pretty good (but not perfect) I bought 2, so it would go faster. Also, every time I put a print on the wall I made it a point to wipe the stencil off with a hot rag, so the paint wouldn’t build up. I think in the long run it will help preserve it for later use. I’m sure I will get my money’s.

This comes rolled in a tube and you have to punch out the cutouts yourself. Not a huge issue, they are easily removed and you can flatten the stencil on a counter under some books for an hour or so. The design itself is not a connected damask as shown in the image but more like the middle design. I assume you could overlap the stencil to create a connected design if you were interested in doing a lot of extra work and getting paint everywhere. My floor (I painted the cement, rather than a wall) came out looking great anyway.

Looks nice and I'm happy with my wall in the end. My problem with this product/seller is that there were NO instructions included and the video in the description shows a different stencil being painted. Because there were no instructions and the stencil is so intricate, I didn't realize it interlocks from top to bottom until I had painted four stencils (not interlocked). The design is beautiful but super intricate, so if you're a first timer doing a stencil, I'd choose a simpler design. I wish I had. Definitely use spray adhesive though! It keeps the stencil in place so well.

This worked out lovely. Instructions on were to overlay or join the pattern would have been helpful.I figured it out and the results were amazing! So happy with this design!

We got this to do a damask accent wall in our bedroom.The package came in a cylindrical container-a small part of the stencil got folded and was hard to straighten.We left it overnight under a heap of books and it did fine for the first 6 patterns and then it started smudging,no matter what we did,how tightly we held it down with tape.not sure if it was the material or the way we painted.We had to paint the whole wall in the stencil color.we will probably try a contrast color on top with the same stencil.
