I live in an arid area and chapstick is as natural for me as brushing my teeth daily. I've used different brands over the years, but classic cherry ChapStick is both my original addiction, and what I prefer now. This 12 pack might very well last me until I, well, let's just say it will last a long time if I can keep family members from stealing it. Beyond how well I like how it works and the subtle flavor (some flavors are too strong and make me feel like I'm eating something; cherry isn't like that for me), I love the fact the lid stays working/tight for as long as the chapstick it contains does. Some other brands have lids that become loose after a bit and fall off in my pocket.

Missing item, otherwise it would be a 5 star. Tried several times to contact seller, however that is not an option on a product that is not returnable or refundable. Received an open package, that was missing one of the chapsticks prior to shipping. (It wasn’t in the shipping box either.) I paid for 12 and only received 11. The product received seems to be of good quality.
