Great product..sadly some in bottle came already apart. Little large! But great priduct

Taking these seem to give me more energy and help me think more clearly. After getting some bloodwork back from the doctor, I have high tryglycerides. I decided that using an L-Carnitine supplement may be beneficial, as it is useful for helping fatty acids cross into your mitochondria to be used as energy. Furthermore, the acetyl group that is added, allows the L-Carnitine to cross the blood-brain barrier. These capsules contain 1000mg each, with the recommendation that to take two of them to reach the 2000mg dose. Upon reading the description, I was initially under the impression that thet were 2000mg capsules, so be careful. The 2000mg dose is on the upper end of normal, and I find it to be most effective. Overall, the brand was adequate and I'm satisfied with the product.

I like that this product offers the 1000mg/1.0 gram size. Normally you get the 500mg and have to swallow 2. This is a freeform of ALCAR so it kicks in fast. Great to stack and take down with morning coffee. Also it's free of preservatives, gluten, sugar, etc.

I am so sick of taking pills and I like that it's only one pill instead of two for a full dose since I take it twice a day but OMG they're HUGE. I take this for a neurological condition. Is it working? I don't know for sure but I'm willing to hedge my bets and keep going. Great value but you might have to take them with milk to help them slide down easier because woof, they are enormous.

I take one of these easy to swallow capsules each day for cognitive support. I had read how beneficial this supplement is and have found it to be just what it states.

Seems to have helped in the past, will continue to use it. Blood levels increased after 3 months.
