Great!!
I wasn’t sure how comfortable this would be but it is very comfortable. Feels solid and I haven’t had any issues yet, haven’t gone above 10kg but I have no doubt this would manage with ease. Haven’t felt any discomfort at all.

Appears to be a standard harness like all the other is this price range
I bought this Viking one and another Moose! My previous Moose failed after a few months due to the stitching coming away. This appears identical to the moose. I wanted to find a really strong harness that has the high temple metal loops. All the leather ones are missing these. I've resigned myself to just buying these cheaper ones and replacing them every few weeks. This Viking one is not as comfortable as the Moose. The chin strap is not good at all, Way too big and the Velcro is poor.

Only Trains 2/7 Planes of Neck Movement
The neck harness is of good quality and construction apart from the neoprene being a bit too rough and low quality for being pressed against a clamy forehead when bearing weight. It really irritated my forehead when using it.My main problem is that the neck can be moved in 7 planes of movement (POM) but this only allows you to train 2 unless you improvise by tying bands or caribinas through the front and back but that is another nightmare in itself.1. The neck can rotate left and right (rotational strength) this can't be trained effectively with this.2 The neck can push forward - protract. This can't be trained effectively with this.3. The neck can pull backwards aka the double chin - retraction. This can't be trained effectively with this.4. The neck can laterally flex to bring the ear the shoulder either side. This can be trained if you tie a resistance band or pulley to the D rings.5. The neck can preform flexion pivoting forward by bringing the chin to the chest. This can't be trained effectively with this6. The neck can preform extension by pivoting backwards taking the chin towards the sky. Now this can be preformed with this using the chain but you have to hunch over which is a poor place to train the neck from since it's part of the spinal column and posture it's best trained upright in a natural posture so you'd need to attached a cable or band to the front of the harness but again there's only D rings on the side. You could also line down pronated on a bench to keep the back straight but that would likely eliminate a lot of the engagement of that neutral position you should be looking to train the neck from.If you just wanna stack your neck up by training extension then go for it but you'll imbalance your neck strength majorly and could even open yourself up to new injures but if you want to develop a functional neck or even a more aesthetically even neck then train the 7 POM with a harness that has D rings on the front and back.I've found you can train the 7 POMs with this but it means tying bands around it awkwardly which yank at your skin and hair and still don't quite produce the desired results. Besides this would be using the product in a way that it's not designed to be used for which you shouldn't have to do. Save yourself a 'pain in the neck' and grab something more diverse.

Works
The carabineers that it comes with are the cheapest nastiest things I have ever seen. They weren't even machined properly & I sliced my finger open on the razor sharp edges.

Missing the chain
Product came without the chain.

Neck harness
Never used one before though needed one for my martial arts training. Spent some time researching and Vikingstrength came up best value for money, balanced to quality. Will do another review at a later date if needed, though finding it easy to use and holds up fine with a 15 kg kettle bell attached.
