Very good performance

I have purchased 'BLACK+DECKER BEMW451BH-B1 1200W Electric Lawn Mower With Bike Handle' on October 5, 2024 and I used this product twice at this moment. Really this is working satisfactorily. Basically this has tree levels of cutting. I using last level (lowest gap between floor and cutting blade) and this is the optimum level of cutting. I purchased this product with Rs. 7709/- after bank discount. Reasonable low cost and recommendable. I am satisfied with this purchase.

I had a very Unpleasant experience buying this machine. Firstly, while opening the machine, I saw damage marks on the top orange cover. The build quality is the worst. Plastic components are so flimsy that I worried that they would sustain the Indian Summers. Performance is poor and does not cut the grass at the same level. While assembling the machine, I noticed some unusual sounds of metal hitting each other. To inspect it, I opened up the motor cover and was shocked to see 4 metal plates placed in the front of the machine. Don't know exactly why they put this. Maybe to overshadow the low quality weight of the whole plastic made machine. The company is cheating by saying that the motor is made of copper wire when they are using aluminium wire with copper paint on it. I checked myself and found that there is no induction motor. It's all carbon brush armature, which is not suitable at all to operate in the summer months. The machine will easily get burned and will be of no use. I saw its cheap price and bought the product, but now I'm suffering. I would have gone for those Induction Motors with genuine copper wiring, lawn cutters. Big Brands, stop cheating with us.

Fantastic mower for small garden. This design is provided with long power cord. Please know the height adjustment is done by adjusting from the underneath side BUT is fast and easy. 4.9 stars.

It is the best option under this budget for domestic use. I nearly have 1000 sqr ft lawn area, which was cleaned under 2 hrs. I found it very useful. Quality is good and plastics are firm and rigid.

Easy to setup. Sturdy in the garden not on hard surface. Grass collector bin could have been more stronger. But does its job well

Although easy to put together in general the box is a bit fiddly. Love the double control on handle so doesn’t matter if you’re left or right handed.

The campground my family and I live requires that year-round and seasonal renters take care of the upkeep of their own lot. Our first year here we decided to use a small corded electric weedeater very similar to this one for our yard maintenance but we weren't completely satisfied with it and decided to look at other options that would work better for our use without taking up too much of our limited storage space. While we were looking at different options we came upon this so we decided to give it try. In a side by side comparison to the weedeater we were using previously there isn't any noticeable difference between the two. They both have the same adjustability and performance characteristics; however, when it comes to ease of use this one reigns supreme. The lawnmower style base makes quick work of our small lot and allows for a consistent cut without all the fatigue that comes with using a weedeater without a base. The quick detach feature the base has makes this even better because we can still get in those tight spaces without needing a different tool. Adding to the ease of use is the height adjustable shaft that makes it easier for both of us to comfortably use it even with our 11 inch height difference. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs something simple to maintain a small yard
