Natural Wooden Roll Top Bread Box Kitchen Bamboo Storage Bin (2-Layer Self assembly)

The finished product looks and works great! Assembling it was a bit of a pain, because the instructions only have pictures, no words, and the pictures weren’t always very clear. Some pieces fit very loosely in place (for example, the roll top in its track), and it was difficult holding pieces in place while simultaneously having to screw in other pieces. The item comes with a tiny little screwdriver that was not easy to use for tightening, so you’re better off if you have a bigger one of your own. Overall, I give it a 4/5 for design flaw and lack of ease of assembly, but it functions perfectly once assembled!

This box looks nice works well. It was slightly difficult to put together and it sticks a bit while sliding up and down, but all in all good.

This is a really large bread box. Well made, a little fiddly to put together but totally worth the patience. It's well made, beautiful, and will be a very sturdy addition to any kitchen. The sliding door works smoothly and the whole thing looks great. The only challenge might be finding the space for it. Really nice addition to my kitchen.

Construction is decent, not great. Installation wasn't hard, but you need to figure out a few steps left out in the user manual. Returned it because while the roll-up door is a great design that saves a lot of space, it doesn't work that well. First, you need two hands to operate it. One to hold the storage in place, and the other to pull up. That would have been fine if the roll-up door actually roll up without too much resistance. Most of the time, you had to wiggle the door a continuously to keep closing or opening.Save yourself some trouble, get the one with traditional flap door.

I like it alright. I was very clear when I purchased this item and was under the impression it was assembled but it was not. It was not hard to put together but I did use wood glue to make sure it it doesn't fall apart. The material is not the best but it works if you use wood glue. The sliding door sucks, its hard to slide up and down.Overall, it's pretty and I lole it.

It’s a nice, traditional looking breadbox and the bamboo gives it a modern look. It has enough depth and height to store many items. It’s a very functional item but the quality is inconsistent. For the price I expected better. Also, for that much it should come already assembled. On top of that, the sliding lid came apart during normal use. (See pic) It didn’t disrupt the use of the box but I was again disappointed at the subpar quality of this box. Overall opinion: it’s a functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen item but costs way too much based on cheap materials and poor quality.

I bought this because when my grandmother comes to visit, she always puts my bread in the microwave, which drives me nuts! I got the assemble yourself, which was very easy to do. It came with all the pieces including a mini screwdriver. Directions were easy to follow, I'm more of a picture assembler, and worked great for me. Love it, and I will have to get another one for the tortillas.

Overall, I really like this breadbox. It's made of bamboo, which means it's sustainable. The top is wide enough to stack additional things on, so I don't lose much kitchen counter space by using this. The action of the door is a little rough at first but smoothed out after some use.I lined the bottom with parchment paper and then store homemade bread (AFTER cooling) in there, not inside bags. My bread is all sourdough which gives it a leg up on staying fresh anyways, but I've never had to deal with stale bread and I think that the breadbox has at least been one factor contributing to that.Assembly was a bit tricky. It comes with an adorable, tiny, useless screwdriver. Have your own regular Phillips head screwdriver on hand for assembly. You will also need a second person to hold it together while you place and screw in screws. As long as you have a helper, assembly was quick and straightforward if you have any familiarity with flat-packed furniture assembly.
