Ritrovo Selections Salted Capers from Marino Farm-Ferla-Sicily

I bought another brand of salt-packed capers a few years ago, but that one is no longer available here. In the search for some more, I ended up buying these. Fantastic. 1 jar of these lasts about 3 mos. in my place. I must have these with hummus (pita or wrap) and my partner uses them habitually with pasta. I've heard of some people eating these without rinsing, but I definitely recommend a quick rinse in a strainer. Also, if you put them in a sauce or anything else hot, add them near the end or they will lose flavor. 4th jar, 5 stars
