A piping good Christmas
A lot of Christmas tunes in hear, unfortunately, due to the limitations of the chanter's octave range, there are parts of songs that the notes have to be thrown and it doesn't sound right. In fact, it could be taken as a mistake by the casual listener of the pipes, especially with some of the more well known tunes. This isn't the books fault, some of the tunes are actually beautiful to play.

Good set of music, indexing is a problem.
It's a a good selection of Christmas music for bagpipes. However, there is no way to go directly from the Table of Contents to a specific--you have to "flip" through the book to get to your desired selection.

Great collection of songs and quantity of pieces
Overall this is a really great and large collection (over 45 songs) of Christmas songs for the bagpipe. A few of the songs stray a bit from the tune, even more so then some songs transposed for the pipes but overall very happy with the quantity and quality. Highly recommend it for providing a large collection of Christmas songs and I will probably not need to buy another collection of Christmas songs for the bagpipe.
