Nearly Natural 82in Artificial Olive Tree, Faux Greenery with Lifelike Branches for Indoor Home Decor

I’m literally in love with this faux olive tree. Let me start by saying I had a real olive tree in the same spot for a long time until for some reason it just died on me. I looked around everywhere online and in store for an olive tree that I thought looked less fake than normal. I looked on Pinterest and was almost convinced to buy the target one but found this one for cheaper and the 82 inches. It also looked more full and lifelike. So I decided to order it and see how it was myself. You can order the same tree through the company itself but it was cheaper on Amazon so I thought I’d give it a try. The first tree came a week after I ordered it and I was so excited until I open the box and the tree was cracked toward the top of the tree. I was so bummed but Amazon ordered a replacement for me and it was so easy to ship back the other tree by just leaving it outside my house and UPS picked it up. So then I waited for the second replacement tree and I was very excited. When that day finally came, I open the box to find the second tree I had ordered was also cracked but much so that the whole top half of the tree was off. I was so upset. I called the company Nearly Natural and they said it was an Amazon issue so I called Amazon and got such great customer service as usual. They ordered me another tree to be at my house in two days and told me to just get rid of the broken one instead of the hassle of returning it again (which wasn’t a hassle at all). The third tree came and I was nervous to open the box but it was perfect! The tree looks lifelike and the branches spread easily. When you first open it up you need to spread the branches to make it look more full. It is in a small pot which works perfect and I can put it into whatever basket or pot I would like. The trunk of the tree looks surprisingly life-like whereas the 2nd replacement tree has a yellow/orange fake look to it so I’m assuming it’s just the luck of what tree you get which is the only concern. I love the overall look to this tree and am happy with the 3rd I ordered. There were glue spider webs on the tree which is weird but they come off easily. The packages were not damaged on the first two which makes me wonder about the inspection process but other than that Amazon has great customer service. The second tree I ordered is shown in the last pictures. Tree is beautiful and I’m happy with my purchase and it really livens up my space. I feel like it looks nicer than the real tree I had even. Thank you Nearly Natural for making such a nice tree.

I have ordered two of these trees. The first one arrived in a poorly taped box that had opened during shipping and the tree had snapped into multiple pieces. I had to arrange for UPS to come pick it up to be returned. Fortunately I did not have to pay for return shipping but it seemed pretty ridiculous to have to do that. Amazon should have just had me throw it away since it was completely unusable. But I digress. The second box arrived in an equally poorly taped box; however, the box had somehow managed to stay taped shut (just barely) so the tree was not damaged. BUT, as seen in my pictures, the branch spacing on this tree is terrible. I have adjusted and readjusted the branches and cannot get them to look right. There are too many branches at the top and not enough at the bottom and in the middle. This tree will be returned too. :-( Now I’m trying to decide if I should give it another try, to see if the next one I get will actually look like the one in the Amazon picture (third time’s a charm, right?). The jury’s still out.

Overall I’m happy with the quality of this faux plant. It’s the perfect height, and has a nice weighted base to keep it upright. Cons: the branches are definitely more sparse than it shows in the marketing photo. You have to fluff them a bit, but even so, I may purchase olive branches separately and glue some more on to give it a fuller look. Also, the tops of the branches of the tree are cut off in kind of an odd way, with leaves just sticking out of them. But all in all, it looks good.

I’ve been looking for a realistic looking tree for my home for some time. I’m plant-adverse and tend to kill anything living, so having some fake greenery is key! Unfortunately every tree I found looked very tacky and fake. I took a chance on this one during prime day because the cost seemed more reasonable. The first shipment arrived snapped in half, but luckily I was able to return the broken tree and get a new one within a week. The new on is perfect! Realistic-looking and easy to fluff. I read some tips online about how to make a fake olive tree look more real and the trick is to bed each branch in different directions. Some curving up, some down, but none straight out or up. It really helps sell this as a real tree! It’s also slim and perfect for a tight corner or landing. I also added height but putting it on a box in a larger basket with Spanish moss as an accent.

This would’ve been a great purchase as the height of the tree was perfect for my space, and it is a beautiful tree. Unfortunately it is unstable and won’t stand up straight (I had to add items to the base of the pot to make it more stable), also the leaves were very sparse and I wish it were a fuller tree overall (and one of the branches came broken off). I will keep it as the return was too much hassle, but disappointed for the price paid.

I was nervous to order based on some reviews but I really wanted a faux olive tree. I’d seen some influencers on Instagram raving about the Nearly Natural one but some reviews were not great. It came up on sale and I had a gift card so I did it. I prayed it didn’t arrive broken. I was stunned to find it in perfect condition and very pretty. Remember, it’s a fake tree…it’s not going to look just like the real thing. Yes, the small stems just stick out of the end of the larger ones like in other reviewers photos but it’s in a corner and not one person has come over and examined my tree. Yes, it had a some glue strings here and there; I gently pulled them off and it looks fine. You’ll have to fluff it out to your liking. If you are wanting a fuller faux olive tree this isn’t the one for you. But it’s exactly what I wanted, narrow and sparse. It has a small concrete base in a black pot so you’ll want to find a nicer pot or basket to put it in. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I received my faux olive tree in a box that was merely falling into pieces. I didn’t expect much when I unboxed it. To my surprise it was in great condition, looked fabulous and 1 leaf had fallen. It’s definitely narrow, but tall, a beautiful statement piece without overpowering my decor!

This is absolutely a beautiful tree! I have been asked many times if it is real and not it isn’t which is perfect for me! It is slim which is what I needed! The only thing was it came broken but Amazon was fantastic in refunding me my money to purchase a new one. Thank you!

Such a pretty tree! Looks great in any room, goes with so many decor styles and is a great low profile tree for smaller spaces!

This tree arrived crooked. Couldn’t stand up properly and only looked good on one side and the other was very bare with any leaves. Looks very odd. Not worth the price. Returned

Tree looks fantastic in my foyer . It’s not as full as a smaller faux olive tree that I have but it’s half the price and three times larger. It arrived well packaged. Some leaves had fallen but they are easy to re-insert. There were some glue threads that needed to be removed, but that was easily done. It can be shaped a bit to enhance its appearance. Overall, very satisfied.
