Great alternative to no-show socks for your booties
I bought a truckload of these so that they can live in each shoe (and get washed after every few wears). Pros: - They are comfortable and washable. It's like a terry cloth fabric on top. The bottom is more rubbery so that they do not slide around. - I have trouble with no-show socks because if they're *truly* no-show, they constantly fall off my heel. And, those socks do not work if you have boots with the v-shaped opening on the sides. These insoles work like socks in that you don't get a grimy, slimy foot in your shoe. It's like wearing them barefoot, yet without being gross. - The stitching is durable around the outside, yet it doesn't press into your foot - They seem true to size. I am a 6.5, and got 6's just in case they'd be tight. That strategy worked too. Con: - A few of my shoes feel tight when I add these. Ideally, I'd remove the soles and put these in. Many shoes are not made that way. It's not the fault of the insole...just a reality of this system: they're thicker than socks so they can make things tighter. Potential Con: - The rubbery bottom may or may not hold up in the washing machine over years. I have not had this happen yet - but the material on the bottom seems like the kind that disintegrates after many washes or many years. These are inexpensive, so it may not matter...yet if you're concerned about waste or expense, buy a 2-pack and move them around your shoes rather than doing what I did (buying 20 pair so each shoe can have a dedicated pair).

Decent quality. And as I said, washable, I love them for the summertime
You buy these by the size you do not have to cut them. They are washable, but I don't recommend putting them in the dryer. They are comfortable, keep your feet from sweating and you don't have to.Wear socks

Soft cotton, hold up well, thin to fit in all types of shoes
I must be honest and say that I have never actually washed a pair of these shoe inserts. After they have become used up, I throw them away and put in a new pair. But having said that, these are so comfortable and they absorb very well and are very soft.. I wear a size 7, and I bought the size 7 and it fit perfectly in my shoe, no trimming necessary. They have a rubber backing to keep from bunching in your shoes. I use them in slip on shoes that I wear without socks like flats. I use them for my house shoes too. They do not work in my opinion if you want to place them on top of an arch support insert. So mainly, I use them for slip on tennis shoes, and shoes I wear around the house. They are cotton so they absorb sweat and don't stick to the bottom of your feet. They also do not shred as they get older. They stay intact to the rubber bottom, which is just a very thin piece of rubber to be clear. So, if you buy Dr. Scholls to add cushioning in your shoes these might not be for you. The purpose is to have a soft thin liner that will fit in your shoes to keep your feet feeling fresh; like to put in a shoe that you wear without socks, like a pair of flats and so forth. I always say that I'm going to wash this next pair I put in to my shoes, but generally I never get around to it, and once the surface has worn, smooth, I will replace them with a new pair. You're paying the same price as you would for Dr. Scholl's but they are thin enough to wear in any shoe. Update October 5, 2025: A bit of cushioning has been added now and it adds to the comfi-ness. It adds about 2 mm or 1/8 of an inch more to the thickness.

Good product, but sizing is off
I have a similar experience as another reviewer here (Mallory18). I consistently wear US women's size 8 shoes, but when I purchased the corresponding size 8 inserts, they were too long for all of my shoes (flats and sneakers) by about 0.5cm. Since they are not really trimmable due to stitching around the edges, I ended up having to buy a second pair for size 7. This time they fit into my size 8 shoes (sneakers), with just a slight buckling up in the middle (but feels fine when wearing them). They are still a tad too large for my daintier flats, but I don't want to buy yet another size just to see if they would work. I am wondering if I should cut the original size 8 that I currently can't use, and risk the layers falling apart...Sizing issue aside, the product itself is great. I have sweaty feet, but now I don't have to deal with the sock liners constantly slipping off the back of my heel when the silicon tab loses its friction. Also, the slight padding adds a bit of comfort when walking.

Perfect fit and non slip inside shoe/slippers
Perfect for my slippers. Ugg slippers are too fluffy inside and get bunched up i comfortably. These are better than the Dr. Scholls I previously used. They had to be taped down ( they shifted ) in my slipper and were too long. These have a runner back that prevents them slipping. They fit in my slippers perfectly. The only “bad” thing is the felt dude is scratchy feeling after the fluffy experience, but not uncomfortably so. Good product.

Not sure if this helps sweaty feet
Honestly didn't help my sweaty feet situation as much as I hoped I don't know if this was solely designed to be worn without socks, because I wore with I like that I can reuse them in other foot wear
