How long time can i use for first time

the product info suggest that you use it for 30 days as directed, which is so much each day for so many days, then increase etc. I found I did not need to use for all 30 days. I have been using product for many years since my initial time. When I notice I need it, I go back on full dose regimen for about a week, for desired results, then wait till I need it again. I do this rather than stay on it, as I don't want my body to depend on it.
