Merino Wool Fingerless Gloves - Half Finger Warm Knitted Gloves

These are excellent gloves. I've used them down to the 20s F, and found them adequate even that cold. A big feature for me is that they don't unravel the way knit gloves do.

Warm comfortable reasonably priced and can be washed and dried normally. Got to love merino wool!

Our weather here in Wisco can change in a flash. From sun to clouds to rain to sleet to hail to snow and back again, all in one afternoon. It has happened and I can confirm it. These gloves are great because they are warm, cover some of the wrist and give you a fair amount of dexterity by not having the finger tips. I have short fingers and bought the large size (on purpose) so just the tips of my fingers are exposed. The wool keeps my digits warm in most weather. Once it dips down past freezing, I switch to full-fingered gloves.These are not itchy at all, and are thick enough to be warm. They aren't so thick that they cause issues with dexterity though. It's kind of a sweet spot and these work well. I like them. They were an awesome Christmas gift from my family.

Can’t talk about durability just yet cause the glove needs to be used a lot more…However, these fingerless gloves are great when used alone on cooler days when you need someDexterity you get from bare fingers I.e. when you are turning a focused knob on a telescope, or fumbling with a backpacking stove…In turn, the minus 33 fingerless glove can be layered over a thinner glove that gives your fingers some added insulation while still allowing some more dexterity.I bought these because I value Minus 33 quality and routinely use fingerless gloves.They work great for my purposes.

I bought four pairs of thin fingerless gloves, an initial two pair (didn't fit well), and then another two pair (better). Each was mentioned in reviews as, "good for typing".My goal in buying was for _warmth_, working-from-home, typing a lot in a cooler environment.I wear a size 9 glove, and in the gloves below, I bought the matching size specified in their listing (generally, as an image of a size reference chart, with range of inch palm circumference), in all cases a '9' in inches, converted to a 'L'.The first two pair, , and & on the higher end, :These _worked_. Both. They fit, are reasonably warm, are typable, and more important are not too tight. Of the two types, I prefer the Minus 33. But I think the SV's work pretty well as well.I have pics of all four pairs, and a shot of each on a hand.
