Tasty and Authentic
Purchased twice now. Very fresh and tasty, just like in Türkiye. People who complain about it being messy must not have had it before. Yes, it is messy, it is part of what it is! Even though it says “cotton candy” it is nothing like the American pink spun sugar if that is what you are expecting. It is really called “candy floss”, and tastes more like halva than what most know as cotton candy.

Buyer Beware.
Do not buy this. It's not sealed. It's hard as a rock. And you can't get a refund, return or exchange. You literally are stuck with whatever they send you.

Buyer Be informed, not all orders have the same quality.
TL:DR -Pistachio is the best one. Mixed will get... mixed results. Plain is a waste of time. More details below.First Order:This is my second time trying out this candy, the first time for this brand, and so far the experience has been good. The first time I got a taste of Pismaniye candy, they were small hard bites but Very sweet. These ones though, are fairly soft. As you can see in the picture, it pulls off in fluffy strands of candy. Upon eating it, it hardens a little bit before dissolving while chewing; something like jerky. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be More soft, but whether it was because it was baked outside in the sun or if the product is old, I still enjoyed it.The sweetness profile is also on the mid end, a stronger buttery and nut flavor prevailed here.Overall, I liked it.2nd Order: 8/25/21So I ordered this again, with a different flavor (only vanilla, no combo) and instead of getting the nicer first picture with the fresh soft floss, I got this second package that was some hard machined garbage. The product is not eligible for a return, and trying to contact their customer support number for this will get you nowhere, as they won't even respond.I give it two stars because my first order Did turn out well, but the contrast between something good and hot garbage is frankly a tough a roll of the dice.Third Order: 2/16/22I had a sudden hankering for this treat, and decided to order for a third time, getting the Pistachi flavor specifically, and wow did that make a difference! As you can see in the latter two pictures, The product had the best packaging options, was the freshest, and broke into soft buttery strands of sweetness with a thin veneer of pistachio flavoring it. It's obvious how much more the merchant cares for it then the rest. Unlike the mixed order I had, this was during a cold season. So perhaps the Pismaniye was just better preserved. Regardless, I enjoyed the Pistachio the most.

Flavor was aight- not the best packaging for shipment.
The flavors were there and it definitely tastes the way it was supposed to, however, the packaging was poor and the cotton was terribly compacted in on itself and a bit heat damaged to where I had to pick at it with a fork to get pieces apart. Buyer beware. More like fiber glass than hair.

Super delicious
They call it turkish cotton candy but it's got a nutty flavor, like halva. I think it's made from nuts but I'm not going to google it. This was really really good and not some lame version of the good stuff. This is the good stuff.

Turkish Cotton Candy
Different from USA cotton candy but very tasty....I like it! Not so sugary and sweet...texture bit like shortbread ..

Dry and Rock Hard
The media could not be loaded. Product was air sealed and packaged well. But Product was dry and hard. To the point of being a brick. It was also flavorless. And dry to where the texture was that of chalk powder, and instead of pulling off "dragon hair / cotton candy strings" type areas of this candy, it has to be broken off in chunks. Extremely upset on how this came.

Fun and messy
This is the messiest stuff I've ever eaten. It tastes good though. It's similar to cotton candy but the texture is different and it doesn't dissolve in your mouth as quickly. I don't know how you're supposed to eat it but I would not recommend using your hands. A fork seems to do okay. Would not recommend eating in bed.
