If a honey can soothe the soul, this is the one!
I typically purchase honey as close to home as possible but with the pandemic lock-down, I decided I needed to give something new a try. I'm so glad I did because this honey is extraordinary! My consumption of high quality honey is strictly by the spoonful to support my good health; I don't add it to tea and only infrequently spread it on buttery toast. But this honey is dangerous! I keep sneaking back for more! First, the white honey really is almost white - so rare and strangely beautiful! Second, the consistency is less solid than most raw honey - its fluffy, creamy, almost whipped deliciousness clings to my spoon and holds to a shimmering mound, but is fluid enough to drizzle onto anything your heart desires! Third, and perhaps most important, the flavor is exquisite! As much as it is possible for a mere mouthful of honey to transport one to another world - that is how it seems. I close my eyes and allow the subtlety and complexity of the flavors to carry me to the mountains far away. I am lying in a meadow, I can hear the hum of bees at work, the air is fresh with a scent I do not know from my own childhood, the sun is warm......mmmmm. I know it sounds totally ridiculous or like I know who makes this honey and I'm exaggerating, but I'm not joking, from the moment I opened the jar, for whatever reason, I now stand in the kitchen nightly, savoring a heaping spoon of honey as if it were a sacred ceremony.

I LOVE this honey!
Creamy and delicious. Excellent! My favorite! I eat by the spoonful so I can savor it. I like that it comes from bees who collect from wildflowers in a remote mountainous location free of chemical pollutants. Yes, it's more of an off-white color, not snowy white. It's honey, not marshmallow cream so white is a relative description. Totally worth the price :-)

Some of the Best Honey
I only buy food that is unpasteurized, and honey is no different. Pasteurizing, exposing food to high temperatures, kills all the nutrients in the food so it is dead food. So I'm very happy this honey is unpasteurized and unfiltered and it tastes amazingly great. I will buy this product again.

Where's My Pickanicka Basket Boo-Boo?...........
I finally treated myself to this & ACTUALLY got this time. 😉Thanks Amazon. Now, the taste of this is delicious. This isn't your eat every day honey. I am in awe at how much this stuff costs. It's utter ridiculousness. I think I figured out how this texture is had which also explains why it is not "unpasteurized". I'm going to try it & see if the flavor comes close to this. My guess is that this is clover-ish type honey & my making some to kinda match this texture, may not be as hard as I think. I don't know but, I'm definitely going to try. That way, I won't ever again pay $20 (rounded up) for a NOT even a pound of honey. Its uses are great for drizzling over a scone, a biscuit, a pancake or 2, a slice of pie, or even a spot of tea. Maybe even as an aphrodisiac naughty enhancement. Basically, whatever you'd like to sweeten a skosh. Either way you choose, try to contain yourself in using a lot because you will be upset at how quickly it will disappear. For 15.8 ounces of honey, you want this as a sweet bauble for you only or to share with close monitoring. I'm honestly torn about my recommendation of this product. That is based on the price & amount only. Aside from those 2 atrocities, I obviously recommend because of taste & texture. My 4 stars in the overall rating is for the texture/flavor/fluidity. In closing, I guess I'll say try it if you have a few disposable dollars for a treat AND I'll say be mindful of it not being much different in taste from most other honeys. So, watch out "boo-boos", because it's drizzling out today.

ORGANIC
Good stuff. However, what do you mean by ORGANIC??? - The “Mountains Of Heaven” (Tien Shan, KGZ) I'm not sure they even know what ORGANIC means (in local understanding). COULD NATURE BE (NOT) ORGANIC? YES, I have spent four years there looking at the Tien Shan mountains...

My new favorite honey
While this honey is not certified organic, it is from wild flowers, raw, no added sugar or artificial ingredients. Opinions might vary, but i find it has a pure flavor - no aftertaste. Definitely creamy, as described. Dissolves nicely in hot tea, no settling at bottom of cup. It's quite sweet, so start small and work your way up. 😊 I was looking for a lighter honey without that... tang? for my tea. For me, this is it. For honey pals out there, I recommend.

Raw Creamy Honey prepared perfectly
Really loved the smooth creamy honey its sweet enough where not much is needed to sweeten any tea cup or other items needing to be sweetened. Good product and value for its price.
