This is what I was looking for!!! Beautiful, fun book. Fun to read. Most recipes have pictures, if not all. Fun tips. Shopping lust. Meal plans. Glosssy pages. Im very visual. I cant do this without pictures. This was the book i have needed. Do not hesitate. So many bewak and cookie re ipes too for those monster sweet teeth whete you just need a fix but dont want to ruin your diet. I have been cooking ine meal a day out of this book. It's become a fun tradition on my way to a better life!!!! Best keto cookbook out there right now.

So many easy recipes packed full of health and flavor. I think I may have to try every one of them! Great pictures, and so much more variety than I expected there could be when reducing carbs and sugar. okay but, more low-carb recipes to me indeed
“ 100 Simple Low Carb Recipes” this is what i feel this cookbook is best as, a low-carb cookbook.because of the pictures and in-depth instructions and tips on making proper fatbread dough (something i had not mastered yet) and things you can do with it, i do not dislike this keto cookbook in the end but, i do not love it either for various reasons, one being that there no nutritional Fiber info at all, just; calories, fat, total carbs, net carbs and protein..To me this cookbook is more of a low-carb cookbook (sadly this is the case with most cookbooks that claim they are all keto) for there are too many non-meal or low portioned recipes that i personally (and probably others that stay under 20 netcarbs per day) do not consider keto friendly in the end due to their higher netcarb content.. sure the recipes are technically keto friendly if you have the carbs to waste but, like who wants to waste 11 of their daily netcarbs on an 8 ounce breakfast berry smoothie that only offers 18g of fat and 8 grams of protein!! this recipe shouldn’t even be in a keto cookbook IMO.. there are others like this, like the flourless waffle recipe with 14 netcarbs for ONE 4.6 ounce waffle!! that is just ridiculous for a keto recipe to me when in the last 9mths none of my main meals have ever equaled that much, let alone one food item!!now don’t get me wrong there are some decent recipes in book but, not as many awesome recipes as there are on Maya’s website though.. personally i feel you are better off paying for a subscription to wholesomeyum website to get AD free access plus extras than you are buying this hardback book UNLESS it is still $12 something like i paid, then it is worth getting too for it gives you access to some freebie ebooks on site plus access to group/etc. and its nice to hold a cookbook and look at pics in person sometimes.anyhow, love the pictures, love the in-depth info in beginning of book, love the tips given throughout the recipe book and so far liked 2 of the 4 recipes i made. the browned butter sage mushrooms (i added beef tips to it) and the broccoli cheese soup i liked (if you grate kraft medium cheddar cheese bar instead of buying shredded cheese bags, it lessens the netcarbs to 4 instead of 6 per serving). i didn’t care much for the cinnamon crunch cereal, it had little taste once the nut milk soaked up the cinnamon sugar coating....however, i did decide to only coat half the recipe with the cinnamon coating, the other half i sprinkled with grounded sea salt and it was much more flavorful, awesome for snacking and much better than the 3 ingredient crackers recipe to me, that one wasn’t bad but, just too hmm blah, kinda like eating wet almond flour that you dried out which again becomes wet almond flour in your mouth.. in a pinch it does the job however when dipped or eating with things like sardine with oil IF you make the crackers thin enough, too thick and they taste like wet almond flour even worse..although i don’t feel this is a ‘true’ keto cookbook, it was well made and well written overall so 4 stars. Do really recommend you go to site as well, there so many good recipes there and the chocolate pudding that is not in this book IS awesome!

We started doing keto, and I was lost/stressed on what to make everyday. This has been a big help. Great meal ideas, and offers options that help with sweet tooth cravings! Great purchase, definitely get this if you are doing keto and don’t know where to start.

Wonderful cookbooks and products
I ended up choosing a Keto lifestyle due to some major health issues. The weight loss is great but I was sort of sad to give up some of my favorite foods. I first found the Wholesome Yum Maple Syrup and gave that a try, it was amazing and no bad aftertaste. I decided to check out who was making this great product. On their site and Amazon I found baking mixes, other superior sweeteners and cookbooks. The recipes are easy with 10 ingredients or less. There are lots of comfort foods too. I made the famous cheesecake and it was a hit, even beating out a sugar sweetened cheesecake at a party. I’m a pretty loyal Wholesome Yum customer now I guess. Maya also has a Utube channel that is useful as well. If you are looking for help with Keto this is a great resource.

This book has been so valuable to me on my exploration of KETO eating. The recipes are well developed and very tasty.

Exciting delicious recipes
I started to follow Maya online and realised that she had published a book. I ordered it and am happy to say that so far, all the recipes I have tried have been superb. They are easy to follow and make you feel as though you're eating the usual high carb food! If you are following this way of life, her recipe book is the way to go! I've been doing this for well over 3 years but have been re-energised having bought the book. My husband (Type 2 diabetic with insulin) is very happy and doesn't feel deprived. The only issue I have in England is that some of the ingredients are impossible to buy here, like allulose. I sincerely hope this will be rectified in the near future. Apart from that, the ingredients are relatively simple to find especially as most are available on Amazon. I have told my sisters (one has also bought the book and loves it) and the other one will probably buy it soon. Also bought it for my sister-in-law for her birthday as she is gluten-intolerant. She is now inspired too! If you want to eat healthily and deliciously, buy this book. You will not regret it.

Livre très bien écrit, dans la lignée du blog de Maya Kramp, Wholesum yum. Les recettes sont appétissantes, relativement simples, bien construites, et toutes accompagnées d'une photo. Aussitôt le livre reçu, j'ai essayé une recette, et ce fut bien sûr un succès, comme toutes les autres recettes de son blog que je fais régulièrement.J'ai bien aimé la section sur les pâtes "fathead dough", qui est très détaillée et est un véritable plus par rapport à d'autres livres. A acheter sans hésiter, en complément d'autres livres en français ou en anglais sur le sujet Keto.Well written book, same as the author's blog, Wholesum yum. Recipes look yummy and appealing, are relatively easy, well organized, and all come with a picture. As soon as I received the book, I tried a recipe, and it was a hit, same as all the recipes from the author's blog that I do on a regular basis. I particularly liked the section on fathead doughs, which is very detailled and a real plus and a novelty compared to other books. But without hesitation, it is a good addition to any keto cookbook collection.

This book is great, tried most recipes, haven’t found one I don’t like as yet, so is good to get more I like than buy a book and so many recipes I wouldn’t make. Uses “normal” ingredients, I don’t have to climb a mountain to obtain ingredients 😆. My one thing is it is only in the imperial system and here is Australia we are metric so would have been good to have metric alongside. But hey it’s not insurmountable, Google converts for me 🙂
