Suction cups don't work
The product arrived broken. The clips that are used to hang on the top of the door were broken off from the straps, both of them. I had spent quite a while trying to screw the pieces together thinking it was what I was supposed to do, when I realized that it was actually broken. The fact that the on/off switch does not indicate which way is 'on' and which way is 'off' isn't a deal breaker because you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. The instruction booklet is clear enough in explaining what the three buttons on the front panel are, and explaining the different games you can play with it.The issue is that you can't play. The suction darts will not stick to the board no matter what. We tried playing the game right out of the box, then we wet the suction part just a little thinking it might help, but nothing helps. The dart just bounces off the board and if you're lucky, the dart will land in the attached opaque black baggie. Even when I stood a few inches way and threw a dart deliberately at the board, it just would not stick. It only sticks when I physically press the dart into the board and what fun is that?Franklin Sports, Inc. usually does a very good job with their products, but this one was not a winner. It's back to the drawing/dart board for this game.

needs a re-work
This is a fun little toy. Not super little but pretty cool. It isn't professional quality, it is game quality. I have hung it in my office and probably as many fall to the floor as stick but it is creating laughs and everyone is enjoying it.I would say it could definitely could be made better in almost every facet of it. It is clear they are trying to make it as cheaply as possible. It would be more fun if everything came together just a little more effectively. noises happened EVERY time the dart hit - that way if it didnt stick, at least you always get the points.Follow-upAfter trying for a bit more, the darts pretty much NEVER stick on their own. you can touch the board and get responses but the darts can smash into it pretty hard and never trigger a point PLUs, we have not gotten them to stick during a game. We've goofed around and made them stick forceably...nothing more.It is still cute and we are finding our own ways to play (blindfolded a -la pin the tail on the donkey) and enjoying it. Needs a rework!

Fun suction cup dart game
This is a fun toy to pass some time. It's not made with the best quality, but it works well enough to be entertaining day after day. It hangs on a door and fits securely. It requires a little push to close the door with the clips over the top, but the door is able to close completely. The set comes with three suction cup darts. They stick well if they hit the target straight on. There is an electronic scoreboard and three modes of play. We usually play without turning it on as we often just want a fun, short game. There is a pouch for storage that hangs off the bottom of the board. Overall, it's a nice toy to play with for some fun with friends and family.

Ok fun
It is fine, and kinda fun. My kids played for about 15 minutes and then went onto another thing. The darts are large and ended up being the major play factor to the game. They ended up throwing the darts at everything and then used balls to play the dart game. Go figure ...I had to cover the rear speaker with some tape to dampen the sound. It was pretty loud. Especially since it is rear facing and is bouncing off the hard surface of the door ... might have been better forward facing ...The padding on the back is ok, but it could have been a little better. The little felt feet don't do enough to keep the unit from bouncing. It also arrived with a broken hanger that I had to take another hanger off another football unit to work. All in all, ok, but uninspiring.

This electronic dartboard misses the mark........
I got this so if the weather is bad during our Holiday get togethers the kids would have something inside to entertain themselves with. Usually anything you buy that is made by Franklin Sports is a pretty safe bet that it will function as indicated on the listing. This however failed to function from the start. Darts don't stick or register when they hit the board, the game board itself is kind of chintzy. I know this is a "just for fun" dart game so was not expecting anything high end but I would pay more for a better made one that actually worked....this is not fun and a pain in the neck trying to get it to work...I would pass on this and spend a few more $$ to get a better one

Not Bad For Kids And Casual Fun--Not For Serious Dart Gaming
Well, let's see...I got this for my young sons for fun. Glad I did that instead of considered this a serious version of a dart board--because it just isn't. It kind of reminded me of the velcro dart board games you used to see everywhere in the early 80's--it isn't, just reminded me of that. I see it being used for pure fun with a group of people who really aren't into being serious about the game, but still want to have fun in a group setting.Let me also add this: if you are looking for decent entertainment that doesn't border on the genuine serious nature of dart throwing, I think this might be just right for you. For the serious dart gamers, think twice. Just sayin'.

The Franklin Sport games Door Electronic Darts is a fun way to spend a little time
The Franklin Sport games Door Electronic Darts is a fun way to spend a little time with your buddies or your kids. Hang it on the back of the door of the den or kid's bedroom and it is ready to go. The height of the board is adjustable to accommodate different age players. This set is for fun, not for serious dart games. There are three different games you can play and they are well described in the instruction booklet. You throw the darts and the scoring mechanism keeps track (you need three AA batteries) of who is winning. The construction is not of the highest quality but it is good enough for playing around. If you are looking for a fun diversion and enjoy racking up a little score, give this electronic dart set a look.
