Sturdy and glides smooth
The opening for my cabinet wasn't quite tall as the recommended opening. Leaving certain screws loose and shifting it into the cabinet was easy enough. It was simple to get it together and feels surprisingly sturdy. Well worth the price to turn basic stock cabinets into useful office file cabinet. Cabinet has a drawer above.

Sturdy file cabinet insert
I had a cabinet I wanted to convert for filing use. This is perfect. The files roll on sliders very smoothly and can be used for letter size or legal size. My friend and I installed it in about an hour. Amazon to the rescue!

Works great
Overall good experience. Not sure what the 23.9" dimension is, it is adjustable depth so I think that is the maximum depth it will fit. My cabinet is 18" wide, 23 1/2" depth, with a 15"x 20" opening and it fit and works just fine. That being said, in my case, I had to "work around" the directions a little to get it in the cabinet and I still need to shim the drawer slides to secure them to the cabinet. May need a little mechanical aptitude to get it in and secure it.

Great item and very versatile too!
We converted a spare bedroom into a Girl Cave/office and this replaced an ugly 2- drawer filing cabinet; nicely hidden away in the cabinet! I only had files enough for one pullout so I placed a basket in the opening of the top pullout and it's perfect for pens and office things so the clutter stays off the desk! This is sturdy, easy to install and very versatile! Love it!

Perfect Office Addition
I did not want a standard file cabinet in my new home office and this was the solution. The frame fits perfectly in a standard base cabinet and works perfectly. It provides space for letter and legal hanging folders. The pullouts are solid and slide effortlessly. I highly recommend it.

Legal hanging file folders don’t fit !
Love everything except the bars for the legal hanging folders are too far apart and aren’t adjustable.I had to go with all letter size, which fit perfectly, and fold legal size documents to fit.

I wanted to hide my filing inside of my custom office cabinets, this fit the bill. Easy to install, fit and and finish are excellent and supports a lot of weight.We have two of these in our kitchen cabinets for utensils and knives. They are the best in the biz!
