– Tarragon Leaf Organic Culinary Herb - Dried Taragon Spice 100g

Really pleased with this product. I bought it as couldn’t find any fresh ANYWHERE. I can honestly say it is by far the best dried tarragon I’ve ever used. Very good scent and taste, leaves still whole and green (not like that horrid dust you get in jars at the supermarket!) really excellent product.

Good product, nice amount of herb arrived in good time, tarragon goes really well with roast chicken. Can highly recommend and would buy again.

Didn’t smell like Tarragon-very weak taste

Opened the package expecting the powerful aniseed type aroma associated with tarragon. Nothing ! Stuck my nose deep into the pack and inhaled, there was a faint slightly musty smell. On further examination, the dried leaves were a dark grey colour with numerous small twigs, stalks and dried bits of other plants that I could not identify. Adding to sauces during cooking produces little flavour unless large amounts are used, which then taints the dish with an odd bitter taste. Also, the leaves do not soften very much during cooking. I don't know what this is, but it doesn't look or taste much like any dried tarragon I have used in the past!

As a chef I'm fussy about herbs, this organic tarragon was excellent, just use sparingly, whilst strong it has a clean natural taste

Liked product very much use it as a cooking herb

This arrived with no flavour, no aroma and is incredibly bland. I grow fresh tarragon and have used many dried brands and unfortunately this fall's way short for the price. So many stalks that spoil a meal.

Produit utilisé le jour même dans une préparation :excellent. Compte-tenu de la quantité : j'ai divisé en 4 le sachet et mis sous vide 3 portions afin de ne pas perdre l'arôme : deux étaient prévus pour une amie : du même avis que moi. Merci pour la qualité .

I don't know what to say about an herb. It's bigger pieces than some others I've gotten. That's better for me. Tastes just like you think it should taste.

As expected very aromatic, good quality and in Eco frindly packaging

molto difficile da trovare nei supermercati italiani. è molto diffuso in francia dove si usa molto. qualità buona e molto aromatico. prezzo un po' alto ma vale la spesa anche perché quello che si trova in giro (almeno qui a roma) è spesso vecchio e scadente
