The instructions for getting the manual did not work. Trying various links got some dead links. Finally Amscope customer support sent it to me. The microscope itself is great. It is very easy to use. The images are nice. The packaging was horrible. The camera was packed loosely between other components. When it arrived it had about 40 scratches in the surface. The plastic bag around the camera was punctured and shredded from all the jostling around with metal crashing into metal. I was worried the camera would be broken because it was so scratched up but luckily it works.
