Clubs work well

Excellent choice for seniors!

I'm a fan of the single-length concept, and I've had hybrid sets before so I eagerly anticipated trying these. They take some practice to get used to- I've been hitting balls every day on my launch monitor at home. The big advantage that I've found is that I can use just one club e.g. 5-hybrid and everything about my swing translates to the 3-PW clubs. On the course, the distances actually seem to be a bit less than my previous clubs (but within the margin of error). This is to be expected as the club length is based off of the 7-hybrid.

Played with them first time today. Clubs look and feel great. Little trouble getting used to them but knocked 4 strokes of my round. Can only get better.

I have always struggled with miss hitting my irons, especially the short irons and pitching wedge. These are far more forgiving and easier to hit. Single length takes two variables out of play. I now position everything in the middle of my stance, the same distance from my body. It only took a trip to the practice range and one round of golf to see significant results. I am sold.

We bought these for my Dad for retirement. He finally took them to the golf course and had the golf pro evaluate them and said they were not the right clubs for him. Unfortunately he could not exchange them for the correct K6 clubs the pros said he needed. They said use them for a year or two and then maybe buy a different set. Probably should not buy these unless you are absolutely certain and you are a golf expert. Senior beginners beware.

As a very casual, infrequent golfer, I have always had trouble hitting traditional irons. I hit my fairway woods and single hybrids much better than irons. This problem has gotten worse as I get older and my swing speed slows. Given limited time to practice, I figured that having all "one length" hybrids, which allow me to set up exactly the same for every club from 3 to PW would help, and it did. I still have to learn lengths for each club, but my straightness and "loft" has improved and my frustration level decreased with the Senior Shaft "one length" Majek hybrid set. At under $500 for the entire set, it cost me less than two individual Calloway Hybrids I had purchased at retail previously. Strongly recommended.
