Sebastian βBashβ Reid stole my heart. He is a protector by nature and true to his word..... I found the good in Bash.
Spoil Free ReviewRating: 3 stars - Liked ItGenre: Contemporary RomanceHeat: MildSource: BoughtSebastian βBashβ Reid stole my heart. He is a protector by nature and true to his word. As the story moved along I was falling hard for his character. Bash has a secret and was one of the reasons he left. I wish I didn't know his secret from a negative spoiler review. I am thinking it would of been a good moment to experience without knowing. I do read negative reviews just so I can see if there is any pet peeves of mine I do not like in my reads. It is crazy how one person might find something a terrible thing but another would find it a good thing. I found the good in Bash. There is dual POV and loved being in Bash's head. Their POV's were nicely done as it continues with the story. No rehashing from both POV was nice.Raven Hannigan I just adored. Her mother died when she was young that left her to be raised by her dad who was the President of Angel's Halo MC and four older brothers. Her family and everyone in the MC is protective of Raven and loved that. It was never over the top and she was never the whiney princess. It just made her character have a backbone. She can be a little stubborn and feisty at times with a bit of a potty mouth. Loved that her potty mouth was not too much. Her brothers and some of the MC members did not allow that. She was also caring and loving.Raven and Bash have a past that I loved hearing about. It helped with feeling connected to them. Their past was more of friendship that later started turning into a relationship. I loved the flashbacks or more really it read from present to past. I felt these scenes could of been presented as a flashback like with italic and some could of been more fleshed out than told. Some of them I wanted to experience what they were going through. Especially since Raven was off limits from everyone in the MC and Bash, one of the MC brothers broke the unforgivable rule, no one touches Raven. Sad to say was basically told just like it stated in the Synopsis. As for the heat level it rates more on the mild side. It does have a sex scene that I felt was ok. I actually did not mind that there was no sexual tension and no dirty talking hero. I was so caught up in the storyline that it did not bother me at all.Right in the beginning I was loving all the characters. Then as new ones appeared I was loving them except for one. I do not know how I feel about this character only because I needed a little bit more of her. There are multiple POV's from most of the characters. I was surprised I actually enjoyed this. The other POV's are not giving their thoughts on the main characters. They are all part of what is going on with the story.Angel's Halo is more of a tamed biker read. Not much biker action except for a bit in the plot that was not overly done. Raven's brothers and some of the bikers are really one big family except some are not blood. Loved the guys bickering back and forth, Loved Raven bickering with her brothers. Loved how they have each others back. Loved how they are natural protectors. All of them would protect any woman. I just adore how they will open their home to someone in need and welcome them as part of their family. Yes they all have a bit of Alpha Male attitude that is never over the top and flow nicely when needed through out the story.I had a really hard time rating this novel between a 3 Star- Liked It to a 4 Stars-Loved It. Here is the problem, I really loved it and read it in one sitting. I could not swipe my kindle fast enough to see what was coming next. I loved all the characters and enjoyed being in everybody's head. I had a huge smile on my face after reading it because it left me feeling good. It ended in a kind of a cliffhanger but not with the main couple and got my attention for the next book. So I kept thinking well then if this is the case then it should be a 4 Star read. But then I got to thinking, oh my gosh it is over and I really did not get an HEA. Yes it ends well for Raven and Bash but I really did not get full closer on them and this was supposed to be their story. Overall their one big problem was handle too fast, needed more time dealt with and their somewhat ending seemed rushed. So I went with 3 stars only because the novel is on the shorter side and had a lot going on with other characters. But Like I said that did not bother me but would of liked the novel to been longer so I could of have more time spent on the main characters.Terri Anne Browning has a beautiful writing voice as she brought all her characters to life that made me want to be part of their family that I look forward to reading more of in book 2. Who I am kidding I want more of her delicious bikers who are caring, loving with a smidge of Alpha Male attitude. That's right Hawk and Spider I am talking about you guys.Originally posted at Wickedly Delicious Book Blog

Yep, another biker book......what can I say I am on a roll, and this one is a winner as well. I literally could not go to sleep
Raven is an MC Princess, her father and then her brother was the President of the MC, so she knows what an MC is all about. She has grown up around her 4 older brothers and a father in the MC. All the guys in the MC know her, and know the one rule, no one touch Raven. Unfortunately Raven has been in love with Bash since she was a kid. Bash who is the loyal enforcer of the MC lives and plays by the rules, or the one rule, until he just can't stay away from Raven for one more minute. For 10 long years he has watched her worship him and he has stayed strong and not returned he affection, but he can not do it any more. When Raven's brother find out, Bash is given punishment from her brothers and unexpectedly leaves the MC without a word and leaving Raven's heart in tatters.A year has past and Raven's brother The MC President has just been sentenced to jail for defending Raven's best friend against a man who beat her and made her miscarry her baby. From jail he has asked Bash to come home and step up while he is away. So he returns and lays claim to Raven, stating that he missed her every day he was away and he regretted leaving her every day. Raven is unconvinced and when more and more secrets are revealed that Bash kept from her, she decides enough is enough.Raven is such a cool chick. On the surface she is rough and tough and doesn't take crap from anyone, but just under the surface she is just a woman who is insecure and heartbroken. She wants to trust Bash, she has loved him her whole life, but when he keeps so many things from her, how can she trust him? He has to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. Raven feels that she has been sheltered by her older brothers, and as much as it is comforting and makes her feel safe, she also feels that their constant mothering has stopped her from living her life. All she has ever wanted is to be loved and cherished, and she deserves this love, she just needs to figure out of Bash is the one to give it to her.Bash is a bit of a dick. He says he loves Raven, and since one night years ago when she stitched him up,she has been his, but his actions doesn't always show this. He hides things from her for some reason that doesn't ever really get resolved. I have no doubt that he loves Raven, he adores her, it is just odd that he continues to lie to her, for her own good. I'm not sure that he thinks this through. But he is an man who knows what he wants and he want Raven, so he sets out to convince her that she is him.The interesting thing about this book is that even though the story is based on the relationship with Raven and Bash, there are other character POV's told as well. I think I would much rather just have Bash and Raven's stories told in this book, and then another book with Gracie and Hawk and Jet and Felicity. Because we got so many POV I felt like I didn't really connect with the characters, didn't have enough time with them to get to know them, which made the book seem really short. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy this book I actually really liked all the characters that were introduced and am definitely looking forward to reading more about the goings on in Creswell Springs.

First E-book Ever Bought - Thoroughly Recommend!
Absolutely Fantastic!I stumbled across this series, purely by accident, as I was researching into an editor I want to use for my own books. I actually happened across the 4th book and read the excerpt before work. All day at work I could do nothing but think of the two chapters I'd read and found myself itching to know the rest of the story, so, the second i got home, i ordered the first book in the series and read it all in one night! It captivated me from the start and kept me page turning. When i reached the end, i was so hungry for more, i ordered the remaining 3 books and am now just about to finish the 3rd book - by the end of the week, all four will have been consumed! Wholeheartedly recommend this series to any woman who loves the whole alpha male, protective essence combined with a twisty plot and dashes of erotica.

This series is good but my issue is that I would like each ...
This series is good but my issue is that I would like each book to focus more on the one couple that the book is about. There are often multiple POV which generally I love but in this series there are too many, even people who are not the main couple.I like it when authors choose one main character who is the focus of the story then add an occasional POV from the love interest of the main character. This keeps a bit of mystery but adds understanding.I think it's important to focus on the main couple as otherwise it feels there is too much going on that detracts from the focus. If you read this series I would recommend getting it all so you can read it all close together, in that way if will flow better. There are some good ideas in this series and some interesting story-lines.

Another great series by Terri anne Browning
If you love Terri's Rocker series you will love and adore her new biker series. From the very first page I was captivated and could not put my kindle down, Terri has created characters which are easily liked and I was left wanting more of their stories at the end of this first book in this series. Bash is the hot alpha male featured in Angel's Halo he's the president of the mc and my god is this character hot ladies, Raven is the tough daughter of a previous president of Angel's Halo mc and sister to Jet, hawk and the other Hannigan brothers. This is their story one which will enthral and captivate you from the beginning. The ending brought a smile to my face and I was like oh my god how awesome I never saw that twist coming. I cant wait for the next book in this series and I hope its Jet and Flicks story or Gracie and Hawk's either one I will be eagerly awaiting its release. Terri has done it again 5 stars from me and if I could give it more believe me I would as this book deserves it. I am one happy satisfied reader and if your looking for a good MC series look no further you have found it.

Brilliant
So again another amazing book by Terri Anne not only is this a new series but a great series at that. I can not wait for the other one.Being a part of this book, pushing Terri Anne and giving her pictures that bring the guys alive is just great so I can see it through her eyes.Main people Raven and Bash are two people that fell in love but then love changed ideas for both of them, she think that their paths won't cross but life being what it is... Life, decides that it's time things change and they do.I love all the characters and I can't wait to meet more. During this book you will be screaming at the book, crying with the book and just being shocked but the one think you will be, you will be in love with the characters.

Bikers with a heart
This is a biker book but there's no clubhouse as such, there is a bar owned by the Hannigans, brothers who are all part of the MC and their sister Raven. The eldest brother, Jet is in prison and has called his old 'enforcer' back to the club to be the President. Bash returns with a secret and he's still in love with Raven. The book is well-written with gorgeous bikers with a sense of honour and beautiful girls. It's not as gritty as some I've read recently but has a good storyline. It could gave just been longer as it only took a couple of hours to read. The chapters were written from several peoples points of view and I liked the way they blended together to make a good read. For NA readers and above.
